Yes, Nighthawk!! Nighthawk has been strangely absent as arguably one of the MOST popular 'b-list characters' (along with Jack of Hearts, but that's another matter) of Marvel's line-up. The addition of Kyle and Gargoyle (an Isaac fig would also blow my mind!) would make my classic Defender (late 70's to 80's) display complete! We already have Strange (classic), Surfer, Namor, Hulk, Valkyrie (classic), Powerman (classic), and Hellcat (coming). A Nighthawk would mark the fulfillment of my wildest hopes...good call!

They don't. The Ares Torso requires legs that already have a ball joint on them with a peg that can plug into the torso. Odin BAF legs are "female" ports that need to plug onto a ball joint.

Well Nighthawk was recently on the Avengers cartoon, so the chance of a figure could very well happen. Hyperion showed up on the previous Avengers EMH cartoon and he made it to figure form.

But then again I am waiting for a Dagger and Cloak BAF.

Do you have the Marvel Select Cloak and Dagger? I've got them in my Legends display and they fit pretty well.

Yeah, It is a pretty early Marvel Select. Dagger could use a little more articulation and Cloak is just a head and a molded hollow cape that has a plug to clip in a holder that holds Dagger off the ground so it looks like she is coming out of him.

I have seen some nice customs to give Cloak a body. If ML does them then he would just have a black standard buck body just like the 3.75 inch one.

Cloak and Dagger would be great! Just finished up re-reading Runaways (C&D make an appearance in the series) vol 1 last week and kept thinking how awesome it would be to have Cloak and Dagger Legends figures. Hmmm, come to think of it, I would not mind a Runaways team box set either.

Here I thought this might be a wave I could skip or cherry pick from. Now seeing these further pics of DD it looks like I am in for another wave as I was already interested in Ultimate Jessica Drew, Spidey 2099 and Spider-Girl and those pics just changed my opinion of DD for sure. I know what you mean. I was banking on just grabbing the Spideies', but that's changing quickly. With Allfather (which I'm still waiting for - I knew my delivery was going to get fouled up), Spidey-wave, Thanos-wave, GOTG 5-pack, and Age of Ultron-wave...I'm going to be spending a pretty penny. Big year for M.Legends. In a certain way, I'm almost glad there are no DCUC figs to split my dollars...
