How's everyone's hunt for the Allfather wave going? Stopped into Wal-Mart last night to find 2 Hawkeye and a Thor remaining on the pegs. Thankfully my case from BBTS should be here on Monday. As much as I would like both versions of the BAF I just could not bring myself to drop $20 on another Thor for an extra leg. On a side note though, the new Thor looks GREAT.

I saw the whole wave last weekend when I was at Walmart but I was out with family so I didn't pick any figures up. I was able to get Captain Marvel and Hawkeye through Amazon for their regular price so I'm not in any real hurry to get the rest of the wave at the moment. Right now I'm looking forward to the Hobgoblin wave more since it has the new Daredevil in it.

Is it to late for any friends to pick up that 3 pack for me on clearance? Never showed up my way. Really only want Radioactive Man & Miss Marvel.

Just thinking, the Marvel Universe versions of Rhino and Abomination share the same body but with different head, hands and feet. They might do the same thing with the new Rhino BAF at some point.

MI may not have much this time around but wow Marvel Legends has some great stuff coming. Already knew about Hellcat and Batroc of course, but I'll get the entire wave of Ant-Man Legends because that just looks awesome with all the villains. Although if Hasbro ends up canceling any and it's Grim Reaper that ends up canceled, I may very well buy nothing out of protest.
Like the Dr. Strange, the Blizzard too. As well as Misty Knight (do you all know how much I would love for this to open the door for a classic Captain Marvel - Monica Rambeau version? Good god I would give a finger and not the middle one for that.)

I might also get that three pack for Vision and Ultron.

Good stuff but fortunate none the build a figures are really screaming "buy me"!!

I'm mildly astounded that the Hulkbuster BAF looks to be movie-accurate as opposed to recycling a bunch of the Mandroid parts like I expected.

I agree, I expected Mandroid/Monger all the way...so surprising. For now I am ecstatic....but I wonder, what is the sudden change in Hasbro's philosophy. For so long it was nickle and diming, now they give extra heads, accessories, bigger BAF, hands...hands....hands...

Well I will not focus on the negative, amazing pics. I for one loved the Vision and like the Marvel Now? Iron Man. I am always weary and hope another price increase is NOT coming. And so far this wave has been easy to find in stores.

Was hoping for that rumored 3 pack Spidey and Friends...but their is still SDCC for that. Also, maybe next year...wanted to hear about a Jim Lee Cyke...or a repainted Jim Lee Wolverine.

Unless things drastically change, I would not hold your breath for any X-related figures anytime soon. I swear I read or saw in an interview around SDCC that no new X-waves would be coming out for some time after the TRU exclusive last year. Sad too. I am not personally interested but I know a LOT of the members here are.

I'm really irritated with the female character selection actually. It's not that I don't think they have a place on the shelves, it's just that Hellcat, Thundra, Misty Knight, White Tiger, May Day Spider Girl and the red Spider Woman are all very obscure and out of left field for me. I've made a ton of wish lists on here and other forums and these names never crossed my mind. So many females need figures and it's disappointing that it will be 2016 beforethey could possibly make the ones I want. Good for everyone who does want them. Ending on a positive note, kudos to Hasbro for updating Spider Woman and Wasp because ML15 was awful.

If I've counted right, here's all the Movie figures for this year:

Ant Man Wave:
Ant Man
Ultron (BaF)

Avengers Wave 1:
(None)

Avengers Wave 2:
Captain America
Hulk
Iron Man Mk 43 (open head)

Avengers Wave 3:
War Machine
Hulkbuster (BaF)

Amazon 4 pack
Thor
Banner
Hawkeye
Black Widow

TRU 3 Pack
Nick Fury
Agent Coulson
Maria Hill

I'd still like to see the other avengers (Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Vision) but I think we're doing pretty good.

It's also pretty obvious they're already re-using the Coulson sculpt for the JJJ/Hammerhead/Chameleon figure, which is cool. The extra suit body in another color will be nice for more agent/civilian customs.

Side note: someone mentioned that the Avengers Cap has an unmasked head, but I'm not seeing pics of it... Are we finally getting a Chris Evans unmasked sculpt? And were there no pics of War Machine's open masked head? And (#3) I thought we had a movie Yellowjacket coming? Seems strange to leave him out, with a whole wave of Ant Man to play with.

I think Misty Knight, Movie Widow and Ant-Man are the only ones I want. I was hoping for a Paul Rudd head sculpt

I may pick up Valkyrie but I was hoping Thundra was Titania instead so that I'd have one of She-Hulk's top villains.

Remember a year ago when these were 15$/ea, and then out of nowhere they raised to 20$ overnight, a 33% increase for them, with no slow down in sales! I'd say legends buyers deserve that extra stuff to justify the price hike

i hope that's true. i read that today as well in a article from bleedingcool.

Legends literally made just about every figure i wanted to see come out.

Hulkbuster iron man
marvel now Iron man
scarlett spider ( blue hood version )
mark bagley hulk ( im hoping for the look with the mohawk and mustache)
tiger shark

i literally threw that idea out of the exact characters to someone on another forum whom works for Marvel Select to see if they would do consider doing these characters. of course they decide to just stick with movie versions. Well i guess hasbro will be getting my hard earned dollars for these guys this year.

now the next question is when will these be released? im thinking later on this year....

Iron Patriot? As for Cap,saw a pic where the head has red lenses, maybe that's the alternate head?

We already know from SDCC 2014 that a Magik figure is on the way. She'll probably be released as the SDCC 2015 exclusive with Dormammu and possibly the other Marvel Now Uncanny X-men.

Now that i think about the Scarlet spider being released, it's great that it is... all those sellers on ebay trying to charge close to $100 bucks for the one that came out 5 plus years ago, they need to do something with theirs...

I'd buy this new one in heartbeat, over one of the older ones from the back then.

haha thats what i was thinking those poor sellers, I have seen so many figures and im like i could pass on some others such as
War-machine, scarlet spider-man, camelon which was a nice suprise along with ghost rider, a re-vamped Kraven which looks amazing i hope he doesnt have hindered articulation though, and wasp but Bulldozer seems to be my highest priority Hasbro has done justice this year for their figures even on the ones im passing on

hokay so I guess that it? for once more excited about legends than MI. In fact if it were available for preorder I would put money down for the Ant-Man wave right this very moment. (and then cancel if they backed out with Grim Reaper)
