New Marvel Legends/6" Appreciation Thread

Saw this idea in a FB group and tried it out- works really well i think- SugarMan hands for ShadowKing.

Thanks @Veronica Mars for suggesting Wild Child’s feet. Ordered one.

I’m down for a set with those uniforms from Uncanny X-Men # 275.

I can’t wait to see what’s revealed in July.

I haven’t made my custom Reese, Macon, and Cole yet but I’ll see if the Classified Gung Ho body makes them a little easier to create.

Ok thanks. I thought they would be a good size. I’ll change my order at Dorkside later. Looks like I’ll still work on the spare Sub Mariners and MCU Killmongers for my Reavers when I get a chance then.

You might consider kitbashing with or using the gear from Roadblock too, though I would say definitely wait for reviews because the scale of the new Joes is all over the place

Sage and Callisto look amazing. If anyone need Hand Ninjas, the GI Joe Red Ninjas are up for pre-order. I have Snake Eyes, Scarlett and Duke. Snake and Duke are great. Scarlett's head sculpt was so hideous that I replaced it.

Saw a pic of a Rogue (jim lee- looks the same but folks are saying smaller upper torso?), Classic Falcon, and Doc Strange floating around on FB... not sure how legit they are, but leaks are everywhere so...

Thanks. Yeah I’ll need to see reviews because I thought that Gung Ho had potential. Nice Callisto. Back then I should have bought more spares of figures that I could have used for customs. The Punk Storm body makes a great Callisto.

Damn, disappointed in not getting Falcon and Strange, but I was foaming at the mouth for that Rogue...Now that you mention it though, it's become more apparent as a custom/photoshop. Especially Rogue having the hair-piece from the Marvel Select figure.

The Gung Ho figure appears to be primarily re-using the Roadblock buck, so we shouldn't have that issue here.

That's a pretty pathetic USMC cover they sculpted for Gung Ho. Looks more like a WWII Japanese officer's hat. And I pray we get that exact version of Falcon this yr!
