Can the Sentinel get an "Extra Month" (given the world's present predicament)? Unicron got an extra month. Why not Marvel fans too? Hasbro / Disney will love extra sales. Collectors would love a new round of freebies! What freebies you'd like to see?!?

1. Wild Sentinel "attachments" (attachable to any of the extra noggins)
2. Spiderman Sentinel repaint. With removable vinyl "paint spatter" stickers for figure
3. Tri Sentinel Arm set

For a proposed "Extended Month" to buy more Sentinels; an endless array of stretch goals can be economically achieved. Via an endless array of Wild Sentinels / attachments...

The Sentinel doesn't need an "Extra Month", because it was fully funded within, what, a week or two? Unlike Unicron.

It's not just a question of "needs" my friend. Indeed many do have other needs (due to the predicament). On the flip side, it's also a question of "wants" too. Do you collectors "want" more time to afford more Sentinels? Do you guys / gals want more freebies?

Emo goes much farther back than that and was it's own thing. I agree that current use of goth and emo interchangeably came from the scene kids, but they weren't emo kids appropriating goth. They were kids discovering several different subcultures at once. Punk, goth, emo, metal, etc... The internet made all sorts of subcultures instantly available to all the kids at the same time, so instead of getting into one thing, they were combining bits of it all into what it is now.

It's just all basically Hot Topic culture to me.

I dunno if people would rather have more stretch goals if it means waiting an extra month for these haha

Nice pics! I honestly have a hard time deciding which one I like better. I definitely like the AoA headsculpt more though, but the BAF has nicer metallic colors. And my BAF Apocalypse has a kinda loose ab crunch joint as well and it is definitely irritating.

Also... I was able to get rid of the red marks off of my AoA Wolverine headsculpt just by rubbing it off with an eraser and toothpick... so now I have my perfect Caliban wave Weapon X Wolverine... I love the AoA Wolverine headsculpt... best Wolverine headsculpt IMO.

Got a point there. Then again - it's less articulated Wild Sentinel bug bodies (the extra noggins are likely aleady tooled as we speak). So I'm thinking just 2 weeks longer versus 1 month.

Well, as the resident punk who grew up on 80s and 90s emo, I can tell you that the same goofy pop-punk and metalcore kids that appropriated goth fashion in the 2000s also appropriated the term 'emo', and that bands like AFI (pop-punk), Panic at the Disco (pop-punk), and My Chemical Romance (metalcore-influenced pop-punk) have zero to do with emo, sharing virtually no historical roots with the genre. I've had the displeasure of meeting My Chemical Romance, so I can tell you with pretty high confidence that nobody in that band has ever listened to Rites of Spring, Hoover, Embrace, Indian Summer, Heroin, Policy of Three, or Portaits of Past. So, either we split hairs here and the Hot Topic kids don't get to be emo either, or we accept that chosen subcultures can't be culturally appropriated since they're completely optional, and that the vast majority of the world doesn't understand there's a difference between 'goth' and 'emo', so there isn't, because that's how language works.

EDIT: Just thought it was funny to see someone else bring up Hot Topic while I was writing this.

After seeing much conversation on the 4 figures from the hints I like the idea of it being (mostly) a pack.

It could be the Brotherhood: Blob (Hasbro reissue), Destiny (never done before, Avalanche (done by Toy Biz in X-Men line) and throw in classic Mystique since the Walgreens release of her was a catastrophe.

Then have Firestar be the one that was made in 3.75 scale, in a pack with Iceman and Spiderman.

OR: it's all for AOA

Nemesis (Hasbro rerelease), Magneto (from the 3.75 scale), Sabretooth (old Toy Biz figure), Abyss (never done before).

Not as likely as I can't see them not including Rogue, and Abyss is the only character from AOA that would make sense as never done before.

^ My guess is 4 figures in two 2 packs... and one of those is the Blob in those big box 2 packs like the one Colossus and Juggernaut came in. So whomever matches good with Blob story wise and fits one of the other hints will be packed in with him. And then the other 2 pack will have Firestar and another story related character that matches her and fits the remaining hint.

Random question. I'm thinking of making a custom Outlaw (from Deadpool/Agent X). Are there any 6 inch ladies who have a cowboy hat that would work for this?

My "emo goth" comment turned into an emo/goth history lesson on a forum about Marvel Legends action figures.

I'd be ecstatic if a new Blob or Toad were released. Those are probably my top 2 wants at the moment whether its picking up the originals or getting new figures. If anyone has the originals for sale at a fair price, shoot me a message.

Good luck my friend. I think the best bet might be to steal the hat from the Fan Channel Logan figure and dremel it out, then go the rest of the distance with any other female figure.

Or just look for a 1/12 scale cowboy hat.

What if someone as crazy as Kevin Feige (buyer of half the Jabba Barge toys claims the the Russo brothers) wants to buy 8,000 more Sentinels?

lol

Well what I mean is that if someone hasn't already decided to buy the Sentinels by now, extending it another month isn't going to change their mind. After all, I haven't seen anyone say, "Oh my god, I only have a few days left to acquire the funds for this thing. I wish they would extend it longer."

not necessarily. Didn't you just preorder three not too long ago?

My point being there can be a number of reasons that people hold off. We don't know what goes on in people's mind, heck I can barely keep up with my own.

Yeah. Good point. There can be infinite reasons why somebody would choose to hold off. But aren’t we missing the point here? Wasn’t Unicron extended so it had a chance to meet it’s goal? The Sentinel met it’s goal in a day. Hasbro doesn’t have much incentive to extend it. This thing has already surpassed their expectations.

Same, though that now puts me in a financial juggle, because I had planned for a couple items to be coming by the end of the month... and that was NOT one of them. Jeez.
