Especially since half the stuff I have preordered from BBTS was delayed from last month and is just now starting to ship, it's thrown everything for a loop. And the rest of it, since we're onto the final stretch of this month, feels like it's either gonna get delayed until September, or just all drop on the last day, you know?

Either way, I'm happy about the quick turnaround for Rogue and Pyro. Just wish there had been a touch more warning

Yes on Unicron. No on Sentinel. Sentinel passed it's goal, so other goals increased in importance. 6,000 is a less important goal than its new goal 16,000. Afterwards a positive "Public Relations" effort, can likewise be a new goal = giving less fortunate collectors some help in an "Extra Month."

Already seeing people on TheFwoosh and other forums saying their excitement for this is waning and buyer's remorse is starting to set in, I fear if they gave it an extra month people would start to cancel their orders....

That's a good point, and that's sad. I know they couldn't have possibly thought this way a month ago, but it's like they're just now realizing it's going to be another 12-15 months before they get this in hand.

Obviously I'm not taking into account those who have had unforeseen life changing events (losing jobs etc) between July and now - that's totally understandable.

Just want to say if anyone needs retro Gwen Stacy, Amazon has her in stock at the $19.99 price, so act fast!

EDIT: Gwen, and retro Spider-Man, WERE both up and now they're gone. Sorry. I hope the success of Gwen Stacy means we'll get more civilian figures for future Marvel Legends waves, especially for Spider-Man (Aunt May Parker, Flash Thompson, J. Jonah Jameson, Harry Osborn, first appearance Mary Jane Watson re-done, Joe "Robbie" Robertson, etc.) and The Incredible Hulk (Bruce Banner, General "Thunderbolt" Ross, Betty Ross-Banner, Rick Jones, etc.). They could even do villain alter-egos in normal civilian clothes and/or prison jumpsuits, like Otto Octavius, Eddie Brock, Quentin Beck, etc.

I could see people realizing how they can't actually come up with the money over their initial excitement but I think its as easy to say the opposite.
There could be some people who would buy more because they've had time to stack their funds and other collectors who were on the fence may jump in after that month. IMO there would be a net positive gain by waiting a month even with some people dropping out. think more people are likely to talk about stopping their preorder than actually doing it as well.

My point being there can be a number of reasons that people hold off. We don't know what goes on in people's mind, heck I can barely keep up with my own.
True, but I've been working all month to acquire it. What I was talking about is most likely if someone has had an interest in it, they've already been trying to save up for it.

Another month would probably let me order one. Had the money then unexpected expense took said money. Yay emergency house repairs.
I think I'm just gonna pass. Already have a Toy Biz Sentinel(even though I wish it was in more vibrant colors) and Hasbro is still flooding us with other Marvel figures I can actually fit in my current display setup.

As is, ordering this Sentinel would put me way behind on my figure budget and I honestly want Bastion and the Female Sentinel more as I'd leave the Master Mold head on the Sentinel.

Given the success of this figure though, it'd be great if Hasbro just made them a full release since Sentinels always seem to sell well anyway and they already go nuts with the City-sized Transformers and recent $80 Commander class ones.

If they offered some kind of payment plan like Sideshow does for pricey figures/statues, I'd definitely have it half-paid off by now though. I think Hasbro should really reconsider how they do these big project campaigns. Seems like they could make a lot more profit if they put more towards making it available. I definitely would've ordered Unicron if I had more than 3 months to come up with the funds (as that was my dream figure for Transformers).

Honestly, Hasbro would get even more of my money if they put more effort into Pulse and made it a place that could get their B&M retailer exclusives too... double that if they if they actually did discounts like Hasbrotoyshop used to.

September's gonna be rough though.
Got the Deadpool wave coming in from Amazon.
Multiple Fate series and Overwatch Figma from HLJ
Some Sale Legends figures from BBTS
Pyro and Rogue from BBTS
I assume the Deadpool Movie figures will end up shipping early like Pyro and Rogue.
Whatever Transformers sneak out of preorder status.
And I swear if I preorder the Venom wave and it starts shipping before October I'll just bang my head on my desk.
Edit: Oh and the Avengers game comes out.

That one new UFC figure ( I don't know UFC fighters) comes with a white or black cowboy hat , depending on the version you find.

Thank you, I was hoping it was something different than that to explain why I can't find it.

Yeah when it comes to random clothing accessories, Mattel's WWE figure lines seem to have a bit of everything and are in the general Legends scale.

It's actually a decent source of generic bodies for henchman and props.

I found the Deadpool 2 Cable at a local Walmart tonight. I didn't see any other Fox X-Men figures but I have noticed over the past week that some Walmarts have tags out for X-Men 2 packs.

My local Target has 6 of the punisher w/ motorcycle. So looks to be well stocked. Glad to see it’s not red hulk. Deluxe black widow is clearanced already.

You haven't been reading the Instagram comments on every single sentinel-related post Hasbro makes then.

I don't even know how to make Instagram work. It only lets me post pictures if they're on my phone, but I can't get anything to work on my computer.

A greater chorus of comments - requesting a month extension - should be thee mantra from Aug 24th onwards.
