@Veronica Mars.
Evil Masters don't have pets. Pets are a very good judges of character. Lol.

All this talking about theme waves, makes me wish for an all magic characters, or horror.

In no particular order (but would love them all):

Morgana Le Fey and Mordred the Mystic.
Umar and Clea.
D'Spayre.
Jennifer Kale, Topaz and Satana Witches set.
Chton possessed Scarlet Witch.
Margari Szardos and Amanda Sefton.
Dracula and his daughter Lilith.
Dansen Macabre and The Shroud.
Daimon Hellstorm and Devil Slayer.
The Gargoyle.
Baron Blood.
The Aquarian and Howard The Duck.
Werewolf By Night.
Brothers Grimm.
Dream Queen.
Pandemonium.
And of course a Dan Ketch Ghost Rider.
Some demons like Sy'm and Nashtir.
Witch Woman and Witchfire (ok that's a deep cut).
And I always loved the issue of Johnny Blaze against Clothilde.
Any more..?

Modok is actually well known by the younger generations... he factors heavily in Super Hero Squad and many of the modern marvel cartoons. He’s one of my kids’ favorites.

Vulture von Doom - Doctor Doom's pet/experiment
Thori - Loki's hellhound
Falconia - Lady Falcona's familiar
Mikhol - one of Red Ghost's Super-Apes
Tiger Wild - Doctor Doom's attack tiger
Cuddles - Princess Python's killer snake
Bitey McSpidey-Bite - Mutant radioactive spider (implied to be the same that bit Peter Parker)

Stiltman skipped leg day and that Hand Ninja makes me VERY glad I still have a bunch of the originals and Articulated Icons...

Graviton and Kang played a big part in why Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes resonated so deeply with myself and many others. They captured a pitch perfect tone for why these lesser known, but exceedingly powerful villains, can work in the broadened market of animation. There's no reason the same thinking cannot be extrapolated to toys. You don't even need to be part of a deep seated comic-fanbase to enjoy the designs of either character as they both sport pretty slick looks that were so well crafted initially that they've stayed largely the same throughout the years.

@Boogieman4hire

I welcome Xemnu as a Hulk, Defenders, and Marvel Monsters fan. I wouldn't feel any kind of way for harboring love for obscure characters, I requested Over-Mind earlier and routinely ask for the Hulk Hunters: Torgo, Dark Crawler and Amphibian (Qnax). Add to that ZZZAX and a slew of other Hulk badies like Madman to boot.

new Frogman figure for Marvel legends. Why am I not surprised since X-Men Age of Apocalypse figures have been made this year and X Factor/XForce figures also.

What's next? Impossible Man?

It's possible. I know not everyone is enjoying the deeper cuts, but they'll work in the mainstays and big names regularly. For longer term fans getting lesser known names is a boon.

I love seeing these obscure and low tier characters getting released. Bring on more! Maybe they will make Coldblood and the whizzer!

I wonder how tall Stilt-Man can be made until he falls over.

Oof...hard to tell from this angle, but it looks like Hasbro bungled the sculpt on Gwen's feet...those don't look like the pointe shoes that were shown in the promo shots. It looks more like she has doll shoes now.

Again...might be perspective...but either those Spider-Verse figures are really tiny, or that Hand Ninja is REALLY big. Outside of Stilt Man, he's towering over the rest of the wave. His ankles and feet are huge.

What body is Prowler on? The new hands and feet are nice sculpts.

That Hand Ninja has problems beyond just being potentially oversized. The eyes are derpy (more befitting of your neighbor 'Thomas' dressing as a 'fun' Hand Ninja for Halloween) and the design of the outfit has taken a noticeable step backwards. They did a better job with their initial outing in my opinion.

About the Stiltman and extending the length of the legs via grabbing more Hand(y) Ninjas, it's hard to tell based on the shadow cast on the inseams, but I hope the circumference of the extendable legs are equal at both the thigh and where they appear to socket in at the ankle (or shin, looks like the break could be three segments up from the ankle). I'm obviously hoping for matching male/female sockets that allow for extension of the legs as well. That said, I'm fairly confident it should be fine. Sans the benefit of better photos, I only want the BAF at this point...

probably fall over constantly with just the single set... Not going to stop me from going as tall as I can go with him. Was hoping that Peter B. would have made a good base for Legion but it kind of looks like him and Prowler both have MCU proportions vs comic proportions. could make him to small to work with Namor feet...

Only further evidence that he's not a "deep cut."

I'm not saying I'd buy all of this, but yes to a Magic themed wave. I'm hoping the Dr. Strange wave for 2022 will give us either Clea or Umar.

And Morgan Le Fay....that's my new pipe dream figure. Not necessarily my most wanted, but pretty high on the list and I assume has next to no chance of being made. But oh, to dream!

Well, Miles and Peter B. are using more stylized sculpts, making them more slender, and Gwen is on the teen girl body, which means her and Miles are, naturally, smaller than the Hand Ninja.

I don't own MCU Ronin, so I can't compare them directly, but is the Hand Ninja reusing any of those parts?

Man, if you're a reviewer or a promotional photo taker and you can't make sure all the figures parts are in the right place, like Frogman's belt, you're bad at what you do and you should feel bad.

That's the strap for his backpack, it's supposed to be up there.
