Yeah, I remember tuning into the Star Wars HasCon stream out of curiosity as a pretty casual Star Wars collector who hadn’t watched one previously. I was stunned by the difference between it & the Marvel Legends stream, especially watching them in succession. It wasn’t as engaging, and perhaps more pertinent to this conversation is how little they revealed during that stream versus the Marvel one. Marvel Legends puts out far more product annually than other Hasbro brands (citation needed), so it does seem reasonable to expect more from their stream. That said, I agree with people wanting to temper their expectations so that there’s no disappointment.

One thing to keep in mind is that other brands are showing figures for multiple lines. Star Wars and GI Joe reveals are split between 3.75" and 6" figure lines. And Transformers are split between Studio Series and War For Cybertron.

As for Power Rangers, part of their presentation was used to promote the new season of Power Rangers Dino Fury, Super7 MMPR ReAction figures, and kid oriented zord releases for Dino Fury.

The Marvel panel will be more streamlined. They're not responsible for promoting upcoming Marvel films and tv shows. And while there may be some reveals for other Marvel toys, the meat and potatoes of the presentation will be Marvel Legends.
I guess you've got a point. I'll cautiously raise my expectations to two waves, villain leftovers and full reveal of Nova.

I'd say they're even or slightly lower than Transformers, who have two lines, four waves and 8 figures per wave a year + exclusives.

The yellows aren't exact, so I'll to fix that, but otherwise I think it looks good. I'll probably put this one with my other NWs and keep the collared one with the X-Men

One thing to remember about Star Wars is that Lucasfilm is incredibly controlling. They decide how and when Hasbro gets to reveal anything. For the Sequel Trilogy, Lucasfilm wanted to wait until Force Friday each year to reveal new figures. So Hasbro's SDCC panel was, for the most part, barren during the years a movies was going to be released.

I think she kinda looks like Topanga from Boy Meets World... Firestar definitely looks better without the collar though... shame the colors don't match... I have a Hellcat lying around too, but can't paint for crap.

Not sure if I'm more excited for tomorrow's WandaVision episode or the Marvel Legends Fan Friday reveal...regardless, we get both so it's still a win/win!

I hope the panel tomorrow doesn't have any big-spoiler reveals, I usually don't get around to watching the show until later in the day.

I really hope there's no confirmed, in box/picture leak for the next 16 hours. I'm ready to really be surprised. Dorkside mentioned something about preorder, so I'm ready to (hopefully) throw that money down fast for (rumored) BOTBG Deathstrike.

But who am I kidding. Since I'm likely not ordering the whole wave a single order won't ship for a bit anyways. That's alright just as long as it comes at some point soon.

You mean the one from the end of today's Wandavision? I doubt they'll get a figure soon, maybe in the second D+ wave.
