Well, I've tried ignoring it, but that danged torso on the AoU Hulk is just driving me nuts :P I'm thinking of snagging a *cough*unofficial*cough* Hulk from the first Avengers and cobbling the parts together, has anyone had any experience with these guys?

The end credits for AOU already leaked. If you can't wait to see it in the theaters then Google it...

I saw that! I won't spoil it here, but if it's the real deal, I'll be very satisfied come May 1st!

Why are you people watching spoilers for AoU? I'm avoiding everything I can because I don't want to know jack **** about the movie.

Today's arrival:

DD is awesome but the paint on his mask over the nose is jacked up as it is missing on one side and drips down on the other. Hopefully I'll come across one in stores to replace hi with. Other than that though, this DD rocks. Some more photo fun:

And this is my collection thus far. Sans BW and WS, all of these are not even 3 weeks old.

I have to be honest....I want a second Hobgoblin sword now thanks to your picture...

Nice job on the collection! It is coming along well.

Has anyone heard anything about the Target set yet? I would have thought it would be out by now considering it's AoU related and we are about 2 weeks out from the film release.

Its not real, its a Brazilian film student's project. It has a bunch of obvious flaws too, but since they already said X character won't be in the movie AND there won't be a second credits scene (and the real scene also already leaked).

I am already gonna need 3 of Chameleon so I can have a JJJ and Hammerhead as their own figures.

The White Tiger looks awesome, and it's cool that they've released all the 6 inch and 3.75 of Spider-Man, the legends one do look better, but for space I have to stick with the 3.75 ones instead.

I heard that the leaked one is fake. Makes me wonder what the real one is. I'll wait to see it.

Target set? What about the Amazon 4 pack? Or what about the Ultron pack? In fact, why did we get Thanos before Ultron?

What's wrong with the hips on Spider-Man?

BTW, I forgot to mention, but the cheap rubber weapons on DD sucks.

They look terrible, almost as if they took legs from a smaller built character and slapped them on the waist of medium or large built character. The new Ben Reilly Scarlet Spider looks horrible from the waist down. The elongated torso doesn't help either. It's just a poorly proportioned figure, looks like a stick with super muscular arms and legs glued on.

Its a shame really, because everything else about them look good.

It must just be the Ben Reily Spidey because the hips are perfectly fine on my regular and 2099 ones.

Speaking of which, I picked up this wire stuff at Michael's a little bit ago to make webbing for Spider-Man.

Very nice. What's that wire called? I may need to look into that if I ever get a spot to set up my collection.

There isn't really a name on it. I got it at Michael's for $3 in their flowering department. It's 22 gauge and 15oz. When I don't have to go to work, I'll pull it out and see if there is any other information I can give you on it.

It's normal hobby craft wire... comes in all sorts of anodized colors. Most dollar trees have it in their craft section as well if you want to save some coin. =) For webbing, you really can't beat the clear twist ties that they use in toy packaging. Save those up and web out.

Yeah, I have found myself wishing I kept all of them from all the Transformers I bought in the past that used to be packed with those ties. Thanks for the info. I really need to get a display set up.

Maybe TRU will clearance some of the Shield 3 packs and you can get an extra Coulson for one of those heads. I snagged an extra a few weeks ago when they had them on sale for $39.99.

I heard July for Rhino and Hulkbuster waves.

I'm hoping the Antman wave hits next month when the movie releases.
