Composite Hulk is going to make a great companion piece to Xemnu. If only we also had an Impossible Man in Hasbro's marvel legends.

No worries on Impossible Man. There is zero chance of him not showing up in an FF wave.

Not too bad for a bashed base... I assume the Mastermind head will be the same size as Shaw...

Wow the last few releases (everything after the AOA Wave 2 reveal) has me so conflicted. My wallet is so thankful. But my brain wants there to be stuff I want to buy!
edit: that's a good mash up for potential original Mastermind look. But still no dice Hasbro, that 5 pack was a low blow. |

Marvelousnews is reporting that the Fantastic Four retro wave has been listed on Amazon Canada. Six figures total with the FF comprising four of the six slots. Like the Infinity Saga figures that had yet to be revealed, the two remaining figures have their names disguised as Hxxxxxxxxx and Pxxxxxxxxx.
I'm guessing Pxxxxxxxxx will be Puppet Master since he's never been made and he would be easy to make. Not sure about Hxxxxxxxxx. I haven't read many FF comics so I'm not terribly familiar with their villains and supporting characters. The only FF related characters that I've found online with "H" names are Hyperstorm and Hate-Monger. Hyperstorm seems most likely since Hate-Monger is a Hitler clone and most of his costumes look like purple Klan robes. |

Probably a Silver Surfer, but maybe someone like Firelord or Terrax. |

Psycho-Man and High Evolutionary are still my guesses for the two new figures.

Maybe it is Paper Bag Spider-man... High Evolutionary sounds about right though since he can be made with reused parts and retro waves are mostly bashes are repaints.

Since we have a Retro Johnny Storm figure, what if H is actually Human Torch? I still think H could be a villain figure, but it wouldn't surprise me if H was Human Torch. I have no idea what P could be, but I think it could be either Psycho Man or Puppet Master. I'd still love to see figures for Mole Man, Annihilus, Molecule Man, Dragon Man, Trapster and Wizard.

But I think there's a good chance he'll get re-released as an exclusive like the retro carded Kingpin. Terrax was the first BAF in the ROML and it's been 9 years since his release. He's due for a re-release. Quote:

Imagine if it's Jim Hammond Human Torch. Hence an extra Torch slot. Herbie also starts with an H but I'm kidding though. I think Hasbro and all of us have already reached our Herbie quota with the Invisible Woman pack-in.
Unless..... H is for Hulk. A wonderful blue and white Fantastic Four She-Hulk. I can only dream. Last edited by Boogieman4hire; 06-09-2021 at 12:41 AM.. |

If the H and P actually mean anything I would love for H to be High Evolutionary, although he doesn't have too much history with the FF. I just want Herbert to finally get a figure.

^I'm hoping for High Evolutionary and Psycho Man. I agree that there's really only a loose connection between the FF and High Evolutionary (although that Counter-Earth fight with Galactus was pretty epic). That said, I'd be pretty excited by a She-Hulk too and ANY 'herald' would supersede either of the aforementioned as my top choice...especially if it were an out of left field Frankie Raye.

What about Crystal in her FF uniform? One of those could be her.
My personal top villain list for FF though is Mole Man, Puppet Master, Thinker, Diablo, or Rama-Tut.

Just had an interesting thought in line with this ongoing sleuthing and speculation. With the Compound Hulk reveal, could the "P" in the retro FF wave actually be Impossible Man, as in "Poppupians"?
I have some doubts - as previously mentioned by another poster, retro waves tend to be a fertile breeding ground for redeco and reissues. However, we did get some new parts in a retro wave: Spidey mold (torso/crunch) and Gwen's coat (lol) - smaller figures, as Impy would be, tend to be packaged with other figs (the only exception being Rocket Raccoon from the Mantis wave). Meh. I'm already bored of this idea and topic... We'll see soon enough. |

I am also pretty sure the hips were new. The Hxxxxx could also be the Hercules they revealed awhile back. Why not? They put Mr. Hyde in a Shang Chi wave. |

I'd be ok with that Herc and you're totally correct about a counterintuitive choice being an intuitive one at this point. ![]() Last edited by TheBlueMarvel; 06-09-2021 at 12:19 PM.. |

That sounds about right. I was being flippant as I have zero connection to Gwen and promptly threw her in the box without giving her a second glance. I recall thinking, "oh, new pieces, on a civilian body, ungh, ok, would appreciate that on more heroes/villains, but whatever...in the bin you go..."

I don't know if you guys saw, but on Twitter, Preternia posted a listing found on Amazon Mexico of "Marvel MVL Legends Octopus". There's no release date or price tag yet, but it looks to me like we might get some kind of new Doctor Octopus figure. What do you guys think of this find? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for bendable wire tentacles for the next Doc Ock figure, whenever it gets released.
