Like jwyss234 said, I'm sure we'll see some new images for the Retro Fantastic Four and the second Disney Plus wave on the next Fan First Friday. I hope we'll see a fully visible Invisible Woman and eventually see a new Human Torch figure as a Fan Channel release. I've always loved the Negative Zone costumes the best, so I'm thrilled about the upcoming Johnny Storm figure. That said, I'd love to see a Retro Spider-Man reveal or two as well next Friday. I also wonder if the "Marvel MVL Legends Octopus" listing from Amazon Mexico will get revealed as well, I'd love to know what the next Doc Ock Marvel Legends figure looks like. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for a classic costume Doctor Octopus with bendable wire tentacles. And since Dan Yun said that something is planned for Captain America before the end of the year, I wonder if we'll see whatever it is next Friday.
As a side note, after seeing this week's episode of "Loki", I'd love to see Hasbro make a Classic Loki figure from the series. Then again, I'd love to see Hasbro make a new comic book based classic Loki figure wearing a cape, since the previous Marvel Legends Loki figure didn't include it. Maybe we can next year for Thor's 60th anniversary? And of course, we need a Thor frog, a.k.a. Throg, figure as well. I'm hopeful we'll see the 80th anniversary figures of classic savage Hulk and classic Thor re-released as separate figures next year for the heroes' 60th anniversaries for those who missed them the first time. Glad to know the "Hulks" are shipping now/soon. I've been really looking forward to Maestro.
What I want to know now is, where the crap is Nova? I'm all stocked on chewing gum, nasal spray, and deodorant, and so am running out of reasons to keep stopping by Walgreens. Last edited by tierneygreen; 07-08-2021 at 03:34 PM.. |

Working theory has literally been the shipment got caught up in the shipping messes of the last few months and went overboard . While i think that started as a joke, it’s looking more and more plausible. Has anyone in North America found a Nova figure, either at Walgreens or on their website?

It was so quick I thought I imagined it, but I knew if it was real that you would post this exact thing about Marvel Superpets

The only place I've seen Nova in stock has been Robot Kingdom. RK has Quasar listed with an August 1st release date.
If anyone REEEAAAALLY wants them, you could order them from RK. https://www.robotkingdom.com/f02035l00.html https://www.robotkingdom.com/f02235l00.html |

Funko showed some of their Pops for What If? today. I figure some of the characters have a decent chance of showing up in the second Disney+ Legends wave.
I'm guessing the wave will be 1.) Dr. Strange powered by the Dark Dimension 2.) Captain Carter 3.) T'Challa Star-Lord 4.) Gamora in Thanos armor 5.) Silvie (CONFIRMED) 6.) Zombie Captain America (rumor I've seen online) BAF: Hydra Stopper - The WWII Iron Man armor piloted by Steve Rogers. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I like your idea for the show but since they arent really pets I’d go with Marvel Supermals!

Got the Xemnu wave at Gamestop yesterday, all except Dr. Doom, he doesn't come with a Build-A-Figure peace to Xemnu.

My fav part of the whole MCU is still the first half of Captain America: The First Avenger... so that What if with skinny Steve and Cap Peggy is so intriguing to me.

I could see the Watcher as the BAF. That would force people to but the wave for the BAF. The Hydra Stomper makes sense too. Hasbrohero said, if there is a deluxe release, the stomper might be the one. But I've been wrong.

Watcher probably would be the BAF for a What If wave and if that is the case, I'll not be getting a Watcher in my collection until they resell him later on his own.

@ArchAngel
Yeah, I was pretty hyped by the news. Shulkie shipped and I'm still waiting to hear about Maestro. Outside of Ultron, he was/is my biggest anticipation this year. I'd have much preferred a different look/costume, but I've waited a long time for an update and am happy for what we've gotten. If the pictured Watcher is the BAF then I might be in for more than just Panther and Strange...I suppose I'll see how much I like the design and execution. In other news: my order of Nova and Quasar has apparently shipped from Robot Kingdom, so for those wondering if they should take the plunge, looks like their stock is in hand. I'm actually awaiting a Taiwanese Nova delivery (it should arrive first, actually) as I knuckled and paid $40 fig+ship due to general impatience. |

Was there supposed to be a reveal today? I swear I got an email saying as such but maybe it was another brand or day.
FWIW, I want an updated Nova but I can go without if need be. If it were Quasar we were talking about, or if he proves to be as elusive, I will resort to evilbay. |

There'll be at least one other Fan First Friday event this month in addition to the one next week.
