You were abducted by aliens and experimented on then deposited back on earth with a hidden hypnotic suggestion to buy new new figures,

My parents used to watch several detective shows when I was a kid. Columbo, Mannix, Murder She Wrote, Magnum PI, Dragnet, Kojak, Adam 12, Get Smart, etc.

I seriously need to drop a line between Joes, Black Series and Legends (not happening). I even recently went down the MOTU and Mcfarlane path. Target has been doing a number on my bank account this month, but I’m glad they’re listening to the collecting community. I’ve got some decisions to make though. |

In other breaking news: The universe responds to my frowny face and delivers with a HasbroPulse notification that my 2 Maestros are on 'dey way. HIP, HIP... In other, late breaking developments: Robutt Kingdom has delivered both my Quasar and my Nova from Hong Kong...oh, my stars and garters!! HIP, HIP, HIP... EDIT: Actually, the entire Ursa Major wave is $22.99. Nice Hasbro, especially considering the wave features three unique (for now) molds and stellar paint apps. Which shipping option did you pick and how long did it take? I'm thinking about going down the import road lol.

Uhhh, except for the fact that the ship for the two was $52 - I'm kinda a fan - and I ordered on April 17th - pretty much immediately. Hope that helps some... |

That's about what I figured.
The cosmic side of Marvel is one of my favorites and no Walgreens near me has had any Legends for 2 months. Starting to get antsy lol. I never saw the crazy Walgreens clearance people have been posting on the Legends subreddit. |

Well, they're in stock for $22. I like that Hasbro is sticking with that army builder price point; kudos Hasbro. See? I give y'all props when it's due.

What wave are the Guardsmen in? I haven't seen that one in stores. The MCU wave is finally hitting us while the Shang-Chi one continues to collect dust.

The Shang Chi wave is clearances around me and still peg warming. Disney wave has dried up, Bad Guy wave hitting fully across all retail. The Ironman wave will start creeping in here soon. |

I always hated Dragnet because Joe Friday is the biggest square ever and the cases never have any gravitas—like someone defrauded an old lady for $40 or stole some milk off the stoop or whatever. The 1987 Aykroyd/Hanks film will forever live in glory though. Quote:

Apply for a new credit line, then when the introductory APR goes away, open another line of credit and transfer the balance over. Repeat ad infinitum, and if you have done everything right, you should be well overextended when you one day die, thereby making all your debt someone else’s problem. Carpe them diems. |

Father Dowling didn’t need a swanky sports car or a sexy bald head or a spinoff series with Abe Vigoda because he has Catholic powers, which I imagine is something like the power cosmic. Feel free to shoehorn in some pedophilia jokes.

The 1987 Aykroyd/Hanks film will forever live in glory though. Growing up, my household had an appreciation for the grittier crime dramas like Hill Street and, my personal syndicated pleasure, Baretta. Only real men, and real 'private dicks' can rock a sidekick Cockatoo while bustin' crime in the mean streets. Despite Sammy Davis Jr.'s typical Vegas-style leanings, even the theme song was on point: Sammy dug deep on that one! Quiet as kept; it may have even been allegorical of how he got that jacked up glass eye... Quote:

+25 style points for Sammy reference and +5 for recognizing we’re in the endgame. Start buying all your post-apocalypse supplies now before it all goes mammaliaz up.
I was going for subversive, but I’ll gladly wear this as a badge also ![]() |

Honestly, if you aren't walking around nowadays with a generalized baseline of offense, you aren't doing life right. Lol I knew you'd feel slighted! You've got to branch out beyond race/culture, sexual identity, and misogyny, buddy. I know you can do it, reach for the stars! ![]() |

Wow I just watched the last and latest episode of Loki. I though the previous episode was a doozy but damn. That was a great introduction and handling of a certain character by the way. Really inspired. What a turn around for me that the show that I was least excited for ended up being my favorite.

I concur. If there was ever a time to shock normies out of their stupor, it’d be right about now. |

I thought the finale to Loki sucked. There was no actual ending, no cliffhanger, it just stops. Like if ESB's started to roll right as Darth Vader says, "Obiwan never told you about your father." "He told me you killed him." "No, I..." <credits>.
The final episode should have been at least an hour long. Hell, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier had like 6 subplots going on in the finale and still managed to conclude them all while Loki had two plots and couldn't even being an end to one of them. What a crock of shit. Now that's not to say I hated the show, as I didn't. I enjoyed it for the most part thanks to the chemistry between Hiddleston and Wilson, but it was poorly executed.
