Ironheart's legs remind me a little of Dunbine designs...

Looks more like someone out of Bubblegum Crisis to me.
Oh, and a modern version of Mephisto was shown off today. Meh.

Yah... definitely has that Southern Cross/Robotech New Generation vibes... a little bit of that Scott Bernard Cyclone armor too with the bulky backpack section.
Arachnid13 had the perfect response IMO... I also love it and hate it at the same time. |

If the Engine of Vengence Haslab project doesn't get fully funded with all tiers included, what other options are their to release a Marvel Legends Mephisto and an updated Blackheart? In the Retro Ghost Rider line as deluxe figures maybe? Heaven knows that Blackheart needs an update and Mephisto needs to be made in general. (No pun intended)
That's an interesting Ironheart design. It's not awful, but it looks a little too overpowered. Maybe that's just me. |

I believe that for Galactus, the team said that if the tiers weren't fully funded, we wouldn't be getting the figures for a long time, if ever. I don't know if the same approach is being taken for the new HasLab. I'd love a Q&A session where they address this. Maybe they'll talk about is at Pulse Con next weekend.

I assume they wouldn't even entertain the question, if they wanna keep the vibe of "back the project NOW NOW NOW", and not have people holding back and hoping the figures get released at retail...

Oh, don't worry. I'm sure this is the "Mark 1", and Disney being Disney, I'm sure she'll be so much smarter than Tony Stark, instead of taking several movies to refine her tech like Tony, she'll have her suit refined to nano-tech by the end of the movie. Because, you know, "women are superior to men in every way" - that's the consistent Disney message in every new tv show/movie.

Talking positively or negatively about the GR HasLab, I feel like it is a good thing, because the conversations about vehicles for the ML figures are finally happening, and I welcome it. I just tired of having a whole bunch of ML action figures, and no vehicles to put them in. No matter what, we need more vehicles for the ML line, and I think that is a good thing. Please let the GR project be a sign that we might be getting another vehicle, like maybe the Blackbird, Quinjet or Big Pun's Van. I welcome all of these. And, I am getting the GR Charger, because I feel that the ML line will be weak next year, so I will not be getting much figures for 2023, and I can still support Marvel at the same time.
Note: Yes, I feel that Hasbro needs to show some of the tiers, if they want more people to pay for the GR project at the price point they are asking for.

Picked up Siryn from Target on clearance for 9 bucks... 10 dollar Legends is like my weakness... so hard to pass that up especially nowadays with the price increase. Saw someone use the Vintage Black Widow head instead of the default Siryn head... I think I will copy that idea.

I saw the X-Men stuff on clearance and was thinking about picking some up for Toys for Tots, but there were only $14, so I figured I'd wait a bit longer. If they were $6 I'd be all over them.

I'm glad they're not going with the pure Iron Man-style armor. Giving her something that looks like a variant of her purple comic suit with Wakandan touches and altered proportions seems fitting.
Oddly enough, the legs and boosters kinda seem like they're inspired more by the Hammer Drones from Iron Man 2 than any Stark armor. |

I don't even care how smart and talented and beautiful and rich the women in the MCU are, I just hate that they make any guy who isn't a superhero into an incel or douchebro stereotype with more fingers than brain cells. I get that those people exist in real life, no question, but it almost feels like a preemptive dismissal of any of the the show/movies legitimate issues by labeling any detractors as women-haters, same thing they did with the 2016 Ghostbusters or that new Charlies Angels movie...
