My top ten in no particular order:
Namorita
Justice
Crystal (yellow/black costume)
Wolverine (New X-Men)
Outback Psylocke
Storm (HoX)
Captain Marvel Monica Rambeau
Rachel Summers (Excalibur)
Falcon (original costume)
Hulking
BAF: Colossus (Outback)

I would like to see Hasbro complete the team for New Warriors (including Silhouette and Turbo), Generation X, and Young Avengers.

It would also be cool to see them do 3 or 4 packs of costumes across time. For Nightcrawler, we could have a 3 pack with his original costume, his weird 90's pirate costume, and his modern costume before HoX. We could get a 4 pack of Betsy Braddock with her Mutant Massacre outfit, Outback era, X-Men Disassembled, and current Captain Britain. All I'm thinking about is X-Men, but this would be a great concept for a lot of characters!

I wish Hasbro would announce an end to Walmart exclusives! I never had an issue with Walgreens or Target, on Marvel Legends anyway.

Yah, Walgreens Legends exclusives were never a problem for me... Walmart Spidey exclusives instantly turn into 50+ dollar scalper figs though... I did miraculously find a Lizard however. Surprisingly I was able to find both Target Spidey exclusives with relative ease. They should start giving Walmart characters nobody wants for exclusives... like the eyeball guy... my apologies to those that actually want him.

yeah thats good news walgreens is a pharmacy not a toystore .
Walgreens wont limit the amount you can order at once so the black series sellout instantly online. Funny moonstone was easy though - they shipped next day . But I still have marvel legends order I got on the recent sales stuck in limbo .still say IN progress on their website 5 days later. Ive never seen anything in stores for years. last was emma frost so that should tell you how long ago.

More bittersweet to me. While hunting them could be a hassle, I admit I'll miss the experience. Also, with Walgreen's Reward program and coupons I never bought a figure at full price, that's not even mentioning all of Walgreen's random clearance sales on Legends.

I was thinking more along the lines that we're losing another outlet for figures, and rather unique ones at that mostly not tied to whatever the new hotness was from the MCU. Lots of characters over the years who had new tooling, accessories, and in general weren't just say the same Black Panther but with purple deco highlights and other redecos that usually represent the kind of exclusives found from Fan Channels.

I mean we'll still get some of that elsewhere now, but now potential exclusives have a tighter space for release at other outlets or will end up more often at stores like Walmart which are sometimes even worse or just care less about at being a toy store compared to Walgreens.

My Walgreens used to be awesome early on... actually found Juggernaut wave Wolvie and Warlock wave Cyke at my nearest Walgreens at the same time they were released elsewhere. Not too mention the 2nd Legends fig I ever bought was from Walgreens... Pizza Spidey. And then they turned to crapola and pretty much started to only carry their exclusives or like waves from two years before. I think Punisher was the only exclusive my nearest Walgreens missed too... they got at least 2 of every exclusive after that up until the most recent ones.

To me. Walgreens was way better than Walmart for having figures this year. I purchased more figures at Walgreens, than I did at Walmart this year. But, overall, online was the way to go this year. I have seen the same figures hanging out on the shelves at Walmart all year long, and these figures are all the figures that are the least wanted. The one time I did get something good, Cel-Shaded Spiderman, is when a new Walmart open miles away from me. I hardly every stay in the toy aisles at Walmart anymore or even Target for that matter. I really do miss finding things at Walmart, but I’m not riding around town looking like as I once did. Sometimes, I swear I can hear the scalpers along with the Walmart employees who sell figures online, laughing in the next aisle at me as I’m looking at empty Marvel Legends peg in aisle that I am in. So it looks like it will be more online shopping for me next year, too! For the rest of y’all, Happy hunting…

Animated Spidey arrived today in a nice fresh envelope, so naturally, the card was bent up.

If he had the holes to put the webwings into like the Amazing Friends one did, this would have become my default Spidey as I love the shade of blue used.

Saw a stack of Sentry’s at my local Walgreens.

Their distribution and sales volume just doesn’t justify having an exclusive to a toy line.
The Black Series exclusives are 10x more annoying.

Chrimbus Legends haul.

I wish Kamala had included some of her energy effects or something because as is just including alternate hands feels like nothing. I'm not a fan of the tired old suited arms on Mr Knight but other than that complaint I'm happy to finally have a figure of this look even if it isn't the comic version (but it is pretty damn close to that too). Clint and Kate are pretty excellent. Some arrow accessories would've been nice but I'm not taking any points off for their not being here since Clint does have a nice releasing hand and Kate's open hands look good reaching for her quiver. My only non-positive note is that Kate doesn't have any of her bandaging or bruises but Clint does, it's a little mismatch between the two.

^ I cannot decide if that looks like Jeremy Renner or not... I keep seeing Shane West... or maybe Luke Evans. Also I need that MCU Kamala for her shoes.

Also found a Mojo at Target today on clearance for $28... so that was neat.

INteresting because yeah, none of my Targets ever carried him.

They did have a bunch of Speedballs on clearance for $6 so I grabbed one for next year's Toys for Tots donations.

I got 2 Quake figures (alternate head Maria Hill) at Target this week for under $7 each. I also had some Target circle earnings so I didn't actually spend any money on them haha.

Ugh. My Mojo's alternate head... the one with the tongue sticking out is missing his upper teeth. Not sure if I would have even noticed this with window packaging... or if Mojo is the type of figure that would even had had window packaging. At least it was the alt head though that I will probably never use and on the plus side... Mojo is amazing... figure of the year IMO.

Well now that 2022 has ended in my time zone I can safely construct my top 10 Legends of the year:
Some honorable mentions would be retro Hercules, Mr Knight, Jane Thor, D+ flashback Winter Soldier, and Blue Marvel.
10. Wong, the solid skirt sucks but otherwise he'd been high on my MCU wants
9. classic Helmut Zemo, besides the lack of his blaster this was the Under Siege Zemo I've wanted for years
8. retro Shocker, I just really like Herman
7. classic Dr Strange, a lighter emblem would've been better but he did come packed with some goodies
6. retro Rhino, I'd been requesting him for years and while the figure shows its age the new heads and paint look great
5. D+ Moon Knight, light on accessories and not 100% accurate but broadly I really dig this look
4. retro Lizard, vote for Connors and he'll turn us all into lizards
3&2. D+ Kate and Clint, they get to share both spots. Adored the show, had been waiting all year for 'em.
1. retro black suit Spidey, it's always been my favorite alternate look for the webhead and sometimes I even prefer it to the classic scheme so of course this costume on the super-articulated retro body is the winner for me.

BAF: Korg wins by default since he's the only one I completed within the year. I do like him but the victory is hollow since he was running unopposed.

I'll have to think about my top 10 because I don't remember everything that came out this year. However, Amazing Fantasy Spider-Man is #1.

I didn';t buy a lot of MCU Legends in 2022. So Top 5

1.Shuri Panther (It's a nice looking suit and I replaced my movie 1 Shuri with her. I wish she came with more accessories)
2. Okoye(so glad to finally have her like Wong she was a big want)
3. King Valkyrie (The best Tessa figure yet)
4. Teen Groot (A much needed upgrade to that basic figure I had been using)
5. D+ Clint ( Glad to have an actual Hawkeye wish he came with arrows he could hold. Also the giraffe neck is a bit weird)

Feels like a cheat, but the best Marvel Legend of 2022 is Galactus.

But if I had to pick something on the retail level, the figure I enjoyed the most all year was Venom from the Amazon 3-pack. Don't know how, but each subsequent release of Eddie keeps getting better and shows even when you think a figure should feel like it's been done to death the Marvel team finds a way to keep improving and improving.
