They arrived today:
![]() Initial thoughts: Zero - Is very boring. I barely remember him in the comics, but it is cool to have a member of the MLF provided they do a few others like Reaper. Stryfe - While I am quite pleased to finally have a Stryfe figure, he is not without issue. The lower abdomen piece that draps over this crotch is not centered and will not adjust to the center to the way it was molded. That's a bit annoying. His cape is also hard as a rock while his left lower leg is loose at the knee. Oh, and he doesn't come with his sword. The sculpt is impecable as is the paint job. I am going to have to see if the Cable head fits on his body. Vertigo - Outside of a paint splot at the top of her dress on her chest, she's also cool. I still am pissed they did not use the pinless joints for her, however, as there was no reason not to use them. She also could have used some reality bending accessories. I kind of would have rathered had that over the portal thingy Zero came with. Pretty Boy - Just excellent and easily the best figure of the set. I'm trying to figure out if his upper torso is supposed to rotate or crunch though. I can't tell if it's stuck or doesn't and I don't want to chance breaking it. Random - This character creeps me out due to his sea coral-like arm. Never been a fan of him. I just don't even know what to do with him as he's just so... random. <Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaah> Seriously though, I know he fought X-factor once, but I thought he was the same size as Strong Guy while here he is tiny. Easily the worst figure in this set.

Why they hell is Nemesis wearing a Spider-Man costume?

I’m still around but not a big poster anyways, always too mind fried from dealing with my clients LOL.
I think there are still good things coming up. My predilections always tend toward the Oficial Handbook looks so I’m looking forward to Wonder Man, Blob, CM2 etc. My mate found Monet and Omega Kid in Barcelona so he’s send them over to Londinium. I’ll post some pics when I get them. |

About the Avengers 60th anniversary, I wish they finished the 70’s ‘Vengers.
We still need Swordsman, Mantis, Two-Gun kid and Moondragon. Now that would be a great 4-pack. I wonder if the hold up with Mantis and Moondragon is the scantily clad outfits, but I’m sure they could do a “Gamora” and give them ponchos. Or whatever. From the 80’s we need Dr Druid, Stingray, Gilgamesh, Starfox and Marrina (which of course completes Alpha Flight from issue #1). As alternative costumes I’d like an OG Wasp and better Yellowjacket And was the second YJ from the annual in the 80’s? Then her too. And finally it would be lovely if we can finish the Secret Wars roster. Doom is coming with CM2, so that leaves OG Rogue, Titania and Volcana, and an updated Wrecking Crew wouldn’t go amiss. |

I found Zombie Witch, Great Intelligence Loki, and He Who Shall Be Arrested today at Target for $7 a piece, so I grabbed one of each to donate to Toys for Tots this Dec. They also had Red Skull, but they wanted $13 for him for some reason. No luck on Howard the Duck or Woo though. In fact, I have NEVER seen those two in any store period.

When it comes to Rogue...the upcoming Outback look has always been the one I desired most, and since I know we're never going to get her Savage Land look, I'll be a realist and say that I would love to see her early look that Marvel Universe attempted to cover near the end of the line (with a much improved head sculpt,) her Shiar uniform from the Joey Mads era, or a redo of her Xtreme Xmen uniform...the Toybiz version of that costume was ghastly.

I wouldn't mind her look from Mutant Massacre with the green sleeveless outfit.

Recent Marvel Legends pick up. Really love his size, and I very pleased with him. From the wave, I think he is the best figure after seeing some reviews. I think from this wave, Captain America and Iron Man will be the only figures that I will be getting from this wave.

Don't know if anyone pointed it out yet, but the new classic armor/Mark I Iron Man goes up for pre-order Thursday at 1.

That's not Nemesis, that's Cyborg Spider-Woman. It says so on the box.

Looks more like thinly veiled transphobic b*llshit. If the name is Spider-Woman, then it's Spider-Woman. B*tch. Last edited by DiscoJ; 03-30-2023 at 06:40 PM.. |

Take a chill pill.
That big cyborg Spider Man action figure exactly how is it supposed to be a "Spider-Woman?: How so? It looks like if the Incredible Hulk was going out trick or treating as a combination of Deathlok and Spider-Man |

I think you assuming someone commenting on the big beefy character with lots of messed-up body modifications and big ugly stitching is due to some "trans" thing says more about you than them...
