Please please please let this be a teaser for future releases.
Classic comic Wasp in Marvel Legends form is something I have been waiting for the longest, and if the could include another Wasp in the package that is an inch high, too, that would be beyond great!

Sorry to be late to the Rom celebration. I will put a lot of hope in what it might mean for Marvel Legends and potential Rom figures. I want an off-the-shelf Rom but I want a Rom with glowing lights too (the potential Marvel Legend Rom-related figures has a lot of us excited and imagining possibilities. Thank you for the discussion here as it was so intelligent and fun too. Thank you for the fun ideas and information.

Further great news though! Hot on the heals of the Rom omnibus comes news that Marvel is putting together a Micronauts omnibus! Oh the possibilities! I loved the few Micronauts I had (Gen X'er here) as a kid and they scaled well with my GI Joes. To see Micronaut related characters done well will be so great.

Thank you all for the discussion and thought behind the upcoming West Coast Avengers figures. I love the love felt, and hope this trend of putting figures out for fans of the comics. I too will buy. I was a forever 4" incher guy but am now all in on this scale, and these figures are further reasons why I'm so happy with the switch. I love the Spider Woman/Julia Carpenter character, and the current model/figure's hair coloring is just not great. This model, however, looks superb. Again I will buy.

I truly am loving these figures overall. Sure, I wish they didn't cost so much, not just from the I-want-to-get-them perspective but also from the holy-shit-I-have-too-many/I-should-get-these-insured perspectives.

Well, welcome to the 6” side of the hobby. Price notwithstanding, if you collected Marvel Universe, this is a good time to move to Legends. Excitement has ebbed on this thread, but as discussed, things look to be improving. Welcome, again, fellow Gen-Xer/Micronauts/Rom fan!

Awesome Cloak and Dagger pics!

I was out of town for the weekend and came home to my Emma and Monet figures, and have some thoughts. Monet's face looks 1,000,000 times better in person. Her boot and gauntlets, however, looked great in pics but look kind of wonky and almost out of proportion? I dunno, I still like the figure and will get used to those features in time.

The Emma Frost figure is really good. There's something up with the face that I don't 100% love, but it's great to have a modern Emma in white. Anyway, I am happy with this X-Men line.

Corsair and Emma seem to really be clogging up store shelves right now. Four of my Targets have at least 6 of each sitting on the pegs. Two of the Targets have Cyclops as well. Can't wait to get Corsair on clearance in a month.

I hope those weapons aren't made with rubbery limpy plastics like last time, but they look very similar, so I'm not holding my breath.

Speaking of, the Spider-Man: No Way Home 3-Pack just dropped on Pulse. Granted, I don't collect the movie stuff anyway, so take a grain of salt with my comment, but $90 for three figures? Yikes!

Edit: Of course, I just spent close to that on 3 figures I didn't actually want just so I could complete Ch'od. So...

The hammer looks to have a slight bend in the promo pics. So I think you are right.

Sorry Hasbro, you not getting my money on this one! This seems not very creative on Hasbro’s part.

ROM love?
West Coast Avengers love?

Good lord, how old are some of you?

I'm a Gen-Xer and even I know that those things are garbage and forgotten for a reason.

BTW, you're high if you think that you're ever going to get any sort of ROM stuff outside of the graphic novels releases.

The May/Doc Ock pack arrived today. First, May sucks. They didn't bother to put a slit in her skirt, so you can't do jackshit with her legs.

As for Ock, the sculpt is amazing and I love the pinless joints. The bendy wire tentacles are superb. However, I can't get them to plug into the back of the original Ock figure. I was under the impression Dwight said they were compatible. That kind of sours this for me since that was the whole reason I bought the pack.

They did say that, so your expectations are merited. I can't offer any help as I didn't order the set. I have a custom with actual corrugated metal arms that articulate and I wasn't interested in May or that Ock design.

Yeah, but she can't even sit. I wonder if they'll release a hospital bed accessory pack.
