I’m a little concerned about the Dan tweet that Veronica shared. Should we be reading anything into that regarding the manufacturer’s relationship with two large American retailers? I guess it shouldn’t come as a huge surprise given what we’ve seen at the stores - spotty stocking, and nearly instant clearance. I don’t see many ways that this can be spun positively.

X-Men '97 wave preorders possibly go up 8/3 based on the post from Marvelous News and page on EE.

Kind of funny that the wave that brings back the window boxes is not going to be sold in physical stores, which is where the windows benefit from.

I'm wondering if the big box stores ate only going to be carrying MCU stuff and everything else is going to be online only

I guess that wouldn't be terrible, I already purchase nearly every ML I buy online and have done so for the last 4 years. But if this is the case, I hope HasbroPulse tightens up a little with consistent release dates.

Legends waves have almost been in one of two camps: the evergreen properties that get waves no matter what (Spidey, the X-Men and Avengers) and those who only get waves when there is some sort of media tie in (The Guardians, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, Shang-Chi, etc). There have been a few deviations like the Fantastic Four or Bring on the Bad Guys waves, but they’re few and far between. Even the recent comic exclusives we’ve gotten like classic Star-Lord and Yondu were obviously planned to release around the time of the most recent GOTG movie. Retailers might not have been interested in what is essentially a Daredevil and Blade wave when we’re still fairly far removed from their next respective MCU appearances.

No lies detected, but with the current scenario of the MCU being in a state of functional purgatory, big-box outlets could make the same determination about the tie-ins as well. I guess there’s little point in worrying about something like this before it happens. Hopefully, this means there’s an end coming for Target (and Walmart, to a lesser degree) exclusives.

Looks like there might be at least one more reveal. Not sure if it's been pointed out yet or not.

[Edit: Could be the potential two-pack above, not sure.]

Also, Dan and Dwight teased a few "missing characters" from this artwork for next year.

One more reveal? Hoping its Count Nefaria. The list, fake as it probably is, gives me hope.

The second part is very interesting. Deathbird maybe? Or the Wolverine/Lilandra pack mentioned in the same list referenced above? Doubt it’s Savage Land Rogue

No offense to any Shartimusprime "fans" but that interview was just odd to watch where the interviewer with the tiny microphone i swear he wasnt even listening to what they were saying.

He's one of like 4 YouTubers I watch. This interview though, seemed like he was pandering to the people that call him a a Hasbro shill. Like "watch me push buttons and act like an a$$ to them"

Didn't Boom Boom get made and released in stores like last year or Hasbro still working on the Boom Boom figure?

Feral is the last member of 90s X-Force, though they could definitely update Boom-Boom in her pink and yellow costume

Probably not. It's just part of the image Marvel and Hasbro were using for the Avengers anniversary promotion this year.
