I think I'll be stocking up on Reaper fodder bodies now since there's so many Marvel and DC characters that will kill it using this sculpt.
I think Hasbro should try to do a Luke Cage on that body. I think it'd be a really good fit. Plus it'd make too much sense with the Jessica Jones and Luke Cage Netflix shows coming out.

I couldn't even get a hold of the one that came with the Thunderbolts lol and yeah. I'm really not a fan of that Hyperion sculpt. It's proportioned like that Rob Liefeld Captain America that everyone likes to joke about.

I'm really digging the pose on Storm; this better angle allows me to see her a bit more. Speaking of angles, I simply take more photos as a solution to wide shots. One shot of the macro view, followed by a series of shots of the 'hot spots' so to speak. You may want to video the display as a possible alternative. Additionally, I love that you use old Toybiz Legends figs. The Legends community seems to be thumbing their collective noses at the old figs, which is unfortunate because many of the figs still hold up IMO (I believe that some of this phenomenon can be attributed to the outrageous prices of old figs). The new Legends/Infinites have better proportions, but there was more sculpt variety with Toybiz (although, the detail on Scourge and Taskmaster serve to demonstrate that Hasbro's is listening to complaints about buck variety). One last question. Domino's laser-cannon blast, is that also homemade? Great creative job and that's extended to both you and Jake! Can't wait to see X-men vs Avengers!!
Old Legends deserve a share of the love too! You're dead on that there seems to be a cull of sorts against the older figures since, as you pointed out, these Infinite series have pretty excellent proportions. Unlike their streamlined forms though, Toybiz's figures have a charm to them, and you cannot beat some of their sculpts. Series 4 Beast is still an absolute favourite of mine, and as for the goofier ones, well... You've gotta love the sheer bulk of the Iron Man-bodied Magneto!

As for Domino's laser blast, it is actually a Marvel Now Cyclops optic blast made by the ridiculously talented Can of Beams. I'd check him out if you're into buying small accessories for your figures, and he's just started making ML ones, so there'll be more on the horizon for sure. Once again thanks so much mate, it means a lot when a collector you admire appreciates your collection too. I'll be sure to post updates as the dio comes together!

Here's a thread that I had going on the subject about a year or two ago. It has some pics, mini reviews and testimonials on the KO Deadpool figures that were floating around all over ebay at the time...

I hope Jessica Jones, Cage and Green Iron Fist (maybe Orson Randall even) will be the next Walgreen figures. I would love a Jess for my shelf

I'd like her in Jewel form. That was a modern classic costume that was barely used in the comics.

Hopefully we'll see a Daredevil wave.

Armored Daredevil
Bullseye
Elektra
Classic Punisher
Gladiator
Lady Bullseye
Typhoid Mary

BAF Kingpin

Proof of concept, I guess? Sharing for anyone interested... Classic Cap on the Grim Reaper body. Like I mentioned earlier, sooooo many characters need to be done on this base... don't really like the stock biceps on it so I reused the TBML arms, but everything else is great proportionally.

Nice, it's actually ripped Captain America. Continued use of that buck would also bring a little more variety to the line, some characters like Cap need to look more exercised/roided up than someone like Nova or Carnage.

Speaking of Walgreens, I have to wonder if they've been getting more serious about stocking Marvel Legends as opposed to Wal-Mart and Target lately. Walgreens has been kicking ass with their stock while Wal-Mart and Target have been lacking extraordinarily. 90% of my Target's shelves are still riddled with Ultimate Green Goblin figures and Winter Soldiers lol

Oh man. That looks incredible. Can't wait to get the new Cap. Might use the Toybiz head though.

I don't see the need for Bullseye, Gladiator, or another Punisher so hot on the heels of the recent Hasbro one, unless they are doing a Netflix version. The Toy Biz Bullseye is honestly perfect as well, as that figure's buck would become the standard for Legends figures for years to come.

I do like the other picks though. I'd replace Gladiator, Punisher and Bullseye however with Tombstone, The Owl, and Black Tarantula...and even though I don't see a need for him either, a new Mysterio would work well also. And although he doesn't really battle Daredevil all that much, since he is a crime boss, a Mr Negative would be cool as well.

He'd have to look very different to the white one we just got, not just a repaint for individual release. No way they'd do 2 of the same character/title so close, unless you're Iron Man, Spider-man, or Captain America.
A boxset with an Iron Fist is possible, with Jessica & Luke (maybe a little Danielle but that might confuse the non-comic-just-Netflix fan base).

@Il Cattivo

Being a Knick fan....Why must people always remind us of Pipen's (and M.J.'s) dunk over my man Ewing?...*sigh* you've forced my hand.

I think this was the motivation for the pic:

It does look like it, everytime i happen to run into a wal greens they are always pretty stocked up on legends. not the the newest ones but they do have them in. i've went to a handful of walgreen stores and seen the whole hobgoblin wave and the hulkbuster wave... while i already had those 2 for a months its good to know. and i agree as well walmarts and targets are usually ALWAYS slacking with their in stock selection.
