please up some more pics of Cap when you get a chance. i'd like to get one or maybe 2 for the Cap wolf.
No Taskmaster or Scourge to be found. I was surprised as hell to find them, the Absorbing Man wave is no where to be found by me. I got my Spider-Man wave from BBTS. I didn't think I'd see the Cap Wave until February.

I would love to see a five or six pack taking care of the remaining classic X-men... STORM, POLARIS, SUNFIRE & THUNDERBIRD with an updated Cyclops and Tiger stripe Wolverine.

Awww ChuckSass that sucks. I joke when I say it, but the thought crossed in my head to trade you mine. That one would go perfectly with my 90's Jubilee and MU Jubilee with broken arms, it's like a theme for me.

Seriously though that sucks. I've been pretty lucky I guess none of my figures have broken except Man Thing...he just...fell completely apart.

Thanks, guys!

@Von

I missed your earlier comment, thanks! I actually like that two pack set, but I agree that Fantomex was the loser in that shuffle of bucks. After losing the love I once held for the flame effects, I'm waiting for the thunder effects to drop in price by half before acquiring any. I like them, but I've yet to see them used in a way that would convince me to make a move to buy them. I was able nab the Cap wave at TRU after Spyne's heads-up (thank you Mr. Spyne!), so I'll post some pics of Taskmaster and Scourge (who is named Demolition Man on the package - Am I missing something on the name there?)...Taskmaster is very cool and I expect Dr. Doom soon based on the new parts he sports...Scourge (or Demolition Man) appears to be a re-paint of MCU Electro with a new head and extra bits.

What are the rumoured contents of the X-Men wave? I've seen people referencing the list but I haven't seen the list.

This is what I've seen
Phoenix, Havok, Cable, Iceman, Kitty Pride, Deadpool, Wolverine, Rogue. Some of these have been shown and previously unreleased.
But I don't wanna go around spreading rumors

Thanks, not going to get my hopes up but it sounds like a good wave and at least we know Rogue is definitely happening, and I forgot who else.

Don't have time to open them yet, but hurrah.

Look what I found at TRU today:

They actually had all 7 and an extra Cap, but those are the only ones I wanted. Unfortunately, to say I'm a bit disappointment is an understatement. First off, after the phenomenal paint job on the recent Spider-Man wave, I expected this wave to be just as good. Instead, all of the figures look like they were painted by 12 year olds and done as quickly as possible just to get the figures out in stores at the same time as the BvsS toys. With that said, my individual figure thoughts:

Cap - I love him, my second favorite of the wave, but I preferred the way they did his shield on the AoU one with the straps instead of a clip. The problem with clips is they tend to scratch off the paint over time. I do like that the shield can attach to his back, but there must have been a better way to go about this, especially since the entire shield is painted rather than sculpted like the movie one. The Cap sculpt itself is fantastic and I love the head. The biggest paint issue on him comes with the white on his upper arms. They painted white over the blue plastic but did one coat so the blue bleeds through it. Very sloppy. Oh, and his arms were deformed due to the way he was packaged. The wolf head is kind of cool though even though I don't get the context for it. Nevertheless, this is the best Cap figure I have ever seen.

Sharon Carter - For being a repaint, this is laziness at its finest. She suffers the same eye problem that Kraven, Ghost Rider, and Misty Knight suffer with the left eye being painted close to the left side. Also, the paint work is sloppy with unpainted areas along her back while her leg was bent in the package. At least she came with some type of gun.

Taskmaster - He leaves a lot to be desired. First off, I don't understand the point of the skull head with the white hood because it just does not match the body at all. It looks like it belongs on an entirely different toy. The head with the matching hood is so much better. Secondly, his legs are loose and the silver paint has swirls in it. Alas, I bought him for the Red Skull head, but the head is way too big to put on any regular body (was planning to put it on the body of my extra Fury).

Mockingbird - Okay, aside from a little bit of paint slop, this is easily the best figure of the four. No warped joints. The eyes are nearly perfect (which was questionable since they look weird with her glasses on). Oh, and she looks great in almost any pose. The only issue is her head is a little loose as if the hole is a CM too big for the neck peg. Nevertheless, I'm having a blast with her and I'm glad her weapons are not the soft plastic used for DD.

Right now, I have no plans to get the rest, but I may break soon just so I can complete Capcom Boss Red Skull.

Oh yeah, the snake dude that was at my TRU had a HUGE gash across his chest, so the paint was completely scratched off.

Oh, and two more things about the Cap figure. I wish he had some fisted hands since the gripping hands are worthless. Lastly, he comes with two straps that you can put around his shoulders that do nothing other than slide off half a second later.

think the straps on cap are meant to be the shield straps... This is why i prefer the Avengers [Assemble] Cap.A's Shield despite its size, it had plastic where you could wrap it around the arm or stick it on his back with no problems , the only way to get me to buy a cap better than the AOU version

Picked up Vision and Daredevil at Walgreens. I sold all my Legends earlier in the year and am building my collection back up again.

OH NO! really? I have a Man-Thing and he's been good so far.

I emailed hasbro, if they can't get me one, I'll go to eBay

@ChuckSass, Aah, sorry to hear that. I've never had a hand break on me before, although the other day my Stryfe's head came off, with the ball joint torn off and stuck in the head. Had to super glue it so now he can't look side to side, but, eh!

If you haven't picked up the trade of Siege itself, it's certainly worth it! Bendis' ongoing writing aside, he writes a mean crossover, and Siege is my favourite of his. It's no holds barred, all out war featuring crazy Norman, crazier Sentry, and Maria Hill with a rocket launcher! Coupled with Olivier Coipel's magic artwork, what more could you ask for in a flashy comic!

Now that that's said, SUPERB set up, my friend! This shot in particular is wonderful. I adore side-on team shots, and this does not disappoint. Phoenix looks, of course, spectacular in her stance, and Beast leading the crowd looks marvelous! The combined Banshee/Nightcrawler on one stand must have taken quite a bit of precision and delicate balance, very impressive!

Oh, how an First Appearance Storm and Sunfire would look with that set...

^^^The Sharon Carter figure is just boring to me. I don't understand why people are saying she's the hot item in the wave. Mockingbird is a MUCH better figure.

Yeah, I'm very disappointed in her. If it wasn't for her being Sharon, I wouldn't have even bothered.

Sadly, I'm starting to wish I had picked up the other 3 last night as my Red Skull feels so incomplete and I have no body I would put that head on.

I really do want the red onslaught, but sadly the other figures will just be still boxed up not touched same as the rest of the hulkbuster wave i have now... i can't justify buying them all when i have no desire to have them. Just for one BAF.

Blizzard
Titania
Valkyrie
Ultimate spider woman
anti venom

They're all just boxed up without BAF pieces
Taking space up.... these things are hard to sell too had them on ebay twice i believe.
