Really nice Deadpool figure, glad those that want it are getting it. I'm gonna pass though as it would be my third Deadpool, no need for another, unless the BAF is incredible.

Again though, it is impressive looking and I hope it's easy for everyone to find.

You wouldn't happen to live in Tampa, would you? My local Target is the exact same way. There's about 5 Winter Soldiers and 7 Superior Spidermen that have been sitting there since I believe late 2014-early 2015.

If that rumored X-Men Legends wave list going around is correct (which is looking more and more likely now given the Deadpool reveal), then there won't be a double packed figure because the list includes 8 characters:
-Rogue
-Deadpool
-Wolverine
-Havok
-Phoenix
-Ice Man
-Cable
-Kitty Pryde

Then we can only hope that distribution for this wave is good. That wave contains a lot of fan-favorite and long overdue characters, so it's gonna sell like hotcakes. And we still don't even know what the BAF is.

Everyone in here is all excited for the Deadpool figure and I'm like, "Come on Hasbro, show me more classic Spider-Man villains."

I just find Deadpool is to so overhyped. There are way better characters out there that don't even get half of the spotlight Deadpool gets.

I'm ready for a new Sandman and a classic Hydro-Man.

Thankfully, it's not a hard custom to pull off. If you can get a casted head, and a spare Nick Fury body from the Shield 3 pack, the figure practically makes itself...

Mine isn't EXACTLY like the one that Hasbro cancelled for whatever reason, but you can literally find every single piece needed online at various casting places to build him exactly like the original. Fellow Toyarker kenm2474 did a near perfect version of the cancelled Hasbro figure a while back, which can be seen in his gallery here.

Sharon Carter arrived in the mail today, finally allowing me to finish Red Onslaught...

But the big grab of the day arrived courtesy of Ebay....

YO BLUE MARVEL...NEEDLESS TO SAY, BUT YOU INSPIRED ME MAN! =p

Not to be a party pooper to all the Deadpoolers...but I kinda feel you on this. While I'm excited for the new figure (mainly because I no longer have to resort to picking up a bootleg to get the classic look at a reasonable price...) I'm a bit burnt out on Deadpool. Pop culture has simply just blown his presence out of proportion as of late. It's both overwhelming and over-saturated at times.

That said...I will see the movie, simply because I want to see more R-Rated comic book films in the future, but if Netflix hits a home-run with their portrayal of the Punisher and Elektra, we might not need them all that much...

I kinda did actually...I mean...I had avoided picking them up for all these years, simply because I was like..."Who the hell are these jobbers? Oh...those are the scrubs from Marvel Ultimate Alliance on Thor's training level...lol"

The nice part is that I only paid about $125 shipped for the entire lot of them, so I don't feel like I overpaid, especially considering what Thunderball and Wrecker go for alone. They were in fantastic condition too. Apparently they were found in a storage space auction, and the guy selling them really didn't know much about them, allowing me to snag them up at the fairly honest price. All jobber jokes aside...in hand...I really do dig them. They're huge, well sculpted, and despite their limitations articulation wise, very satisfying to pose!

I'm all for a new Blade figure, or ....an old one: his 1st comics appearence in Tomb of Dracula #10. Oh, and while they're at it, why not a Gene Colan style Dracula himself?!

Cool, dude! It actually makes me feel happier about your acquisition knowing you didn't have to break the bank to nab them! They have a much better home now than some cold forgotten storage locker...

Edit: and AMEN to "R" rated supes movies! Blade holds a special distinction in my heart for that very reason. I'll also be seeing Deadpool for the same reasons, in spite of my thinking he's a putz of a character....sorry everybody, I gotta be me cuz there ain't no one else to be! lol

i agree with you to a certain extent, i want a deadpool because i don't have one. however im also ready for more spidey villians to fill my billy shelf up more and empty my wallet faster lol Deadpool is to marvel how harley quinn is to DC character from the 90s all of sudden the past few years blew up now anything with these characters on it sells like hot cakes.... hell i can't even talk i also jump on some of their toys and what not. however i NEVER regularlly get harley or DP's regular series pulled for me ever. i i usually pick them up here and there when i see something that catches my eye.

I'm glad I didn't buy a Deadpool on eBay, I really wasn't expecting Hasbro to release one.

Yasss I just grabbed Mockingbird off of TRU.com for $20 and got free shipping. I ordered Cap from Amazon with Batroc for $30 shipped after I used some gift card credit I forgot I had. Hoping to get lucky like this for Venom and Spider Gwen.

Something just hit me. On the back of the Taskmaster/Scourge figure box Scourge is labeled as Demolition Man (I totally missed it originally). Could it have been done to avoid confusion when/if they release Skurge, the Executioner?

I'm right there with you mate. Right now I'm thinking that they can be used to diversify the looks of that S.H.I.E.L.D. army built on the new Nick Fury!

Yup, and it's a damn fine package at that!

Now that the announcements are rolling in, I'm wondering more and more what look they're going to go with for Nico Minoru. She's never had a costume, and there are plenty of cool ways to interpret her. Would people prefer her in a more traditional Runaways outfit?

.. Gothic to the max?

.. or her most recent incarnation, complete with mystical arm?

I know to someone who isn't familiar with her they all look the same, but which look dictates who she'd be displayed with, imo.

Yeah me too, I love her quintessential Runaways outfits. If I had to guess though, Hasbro will tackle the last one with a Spider-Girl buck, an Iron Man hand, and no sculpted details. I doubt they'd take the time to sculpt a shirt/dress/any clothing, unfortunately..

Good point, and I think you're right. They still might go with something similar to the traditional. The Mystic Arcana look would definitely be out I'd think given that dress would require an entirely new sculpt (I think)

I'd like if they included her new arm as an optional accessory.

As for Deadpool, if people thought we weren't gonna get one with his new movie out, I don't know what to tell ya. Plus honestly? Yeah, he's overexpose, but we've seen far worse cases of the same characters getting multiple figs in the Hasbro lines.

Exactly. Even before the rumored list lineup I assumed we would be getting a Deadpool somewhere this year. Because he is a Fox-related product I didn't think a whole line, but even if there hadn't been an X-wave, I still could see Hasbro producing Deadpool and Wolverine at times and putting them randomly in another wave, as those are the two most high profile characters they have. So it's almost like I don't count those two characters to be affected by whatever issues have affected the rest of the Fox owned characters.
