You're right, it does have shin articulation. But when 95% of the mold is re-used (apart from the head/hands/shin to foot), I don't care what Hasbro's marketing team wants me to believe, that's the same mold.

Now there's something else for you to track down...and don't forget the variant with fist...lol

I love both them wolvies but i only want that cyclops for a custom base...i personally never cared for the character.

I like that Wolverine..that the ToysRUS one i believe. I kinda like that better than the new one..but don't have either so...meh..

Yeah it's the Tru one. I don't even own a single Wolverine action figure so that new x men legends one will be my first

Funky bird chest on that new Wolverine and I'm not crazy about the aesthetics of the 'new' (? - i think it was introduced with the last Wolvie, but looks different somehow) shoulder joint....I'll have a better idea when it's in hand, but something is off...and it ain't just the stoic face...at least it has a proper ab-crunch. Crouching will actually look like 'crouching' and not 'stooping,' now.

The TRU Cyclops is awesome! It might be the cheapest figure (along with Wolvie) that you may find @ eBay from this toy line.

You're right. there's definitely something off (I have it and I can't tell what it is), but, it looks strange.

I know who would have thought that A marvel legends would be exclusive to walgreens or all places? I think they do it so you can get all the figures first and make us wait two months later to get ours LOL

Before I forget...I went back to Walgreens (@ the corner of happy & healthy, lol) today (yesterday too but, no luck with the exclusives) and one of the employees told me that the Punisher wasn't supposed to be sold yet. I remember now (cause at the time I was in cloud 9) that the lady that was charging me had a hard time scanning the item, but, she din't think anything of it, so, she scanned the pizza spiderman twice instead. If it wasn't for the other figures I bought, I might've never gotten the Punisher fig that day.

Edit: And pizza spiderman was on sale...Oh well.

More than likely pretty soon because why else would they get the shipment, but, I didn't ask because I didn't think that employee knew. I doubt they'd get a case and display by mistake. If it was December, it must have gotten changed.
