Toy Biz era: Rouge, hands down. Just hideous. And I think plenty of people will agree with this.

Hasbro era: More debatable, but I really hate the Banshee figure. That neck....

Oh egads yes, she was. She is definitely a shoe in for second. I think outside of Phoenix most of TB's females were not very successful face sculpt wise, but those two were definitely the worst.

oh! Some the X-Men 3 figures in the early Hasbro stuff were pretty bad, but that's more a matter of taste I think. The Juggernaut is just gross IMO.

Well I've always thought the Blob is the grossest, but he's not really a badly sculpted figure, just kind of not my cup of tea despite being a BOEM member. Mojo is kind of the same way.

Jubilee was the worst CHOICE for a BAF given she's a standard sized figure, and was highly requested but she's also not badly sculpted. Hit Monkey, Rocket Raccoon and Puck also fall into the " bad choice for a BAF" because they're so small.

There have been plenty for me that are "boring" enough I did not complete them (though I wish I had completed Terrax now), but they were still good sculpts from what I could tell.

As far as sculpting and design goes, that's really tough. TB's have over all been better than Hasbro's, but that's not to say Hasbro's are bad by any means. Just not "as good."

Edit: I changed my mind on worst. It's Rocket Raccoon because of his very very poor articulation.

Difficult choice though! Now ask me about the best BAF and I will have to say Sentinel or Apocalypse for sure. I don't have all the full Galactus or Ant-Man though so harder to judge. I was definitely a more spotty collector before Hasbro took over.

I was going to say Rocket Raccoon and Hit Monkey also but i will throw in nemesis he wasn't the best. My Favorite Build a figure is Toybiz Giant man! Your so right about Toybiz Bafs they were so much better and large like Fing Fang Foom Hasbro build a figures are Puck, Hit monkey and Rocket Raccoon which should have never been a Baf! Especially Rocket he has no movement from waist Down. Also really like the New Ant man Baf

Cost, naturally. To be fair TB made Galactus, Sentinel and Apocalpyse and then scaled the BAF down quite a bit afterwards (due to cost again I imagine) and only brought it back for Giant Man.

I would love to see Hasbro make really huge BAF. Not like Juggernaut/Hulkbuster bulky huge, I mean like the 16 inch tall figure. Which is kind of funny I want that because all the BAF's I'm thinking of, would not be that big, they'd either be the bulkier style or totally unique design that would not be used for a single figure because it's not able to be reused (Sauron mainly)

Yeah that would be Dope if they did maybe Titan would be a good choice. That new Mcu Giant man/Antman should have been 16 inches tall!

what happen with all the speculation about a new spidey wave, new wolverine wave, doctor strange wave, unless those pics of the already released figures are the new strange wave....

I'm kinda disappointed, i was hoping for a exciting spidey wave to be available by the end of the year like usual.
