I think its worth it for such a great figure that just lacks the necessary paint app to make it pop...

This new X-Men wave is insane good. Already one of my favorite. I picked up the wave at Target yesterday.

Alternate hands for Wolvie are the bomb. So happy to be able to cross his arms for once. Sick of having 10 wolverines with claws bent all over the place.

And I love this Cable. The perfect scale and size.

Here is my spider-man, Avengers and General Marvel collections, or most of it anyways. I can't find my Demigoblin or Dr. Octopus (movie version). I also realize along with no comic Dr. Octopus, I am missing (gasp!) Mister Fantastic and the Thing!!!!

I will have to remedy that at some point.

Again sorry for the bad pictures. I didn't have time to do any additional poses today but maybe someday...sooon....and only one custom in the picture (another repainted Diaper Emma LOL, this time as Sersi w/o a bomber jacket).

I think I also have some additional figures tucked away as customs or alternate alternates (I know I have the Astonishing Cyclops and another Black Bolt and Starlord for instance...just not....sure...where....)

Anybody know any good methods for adding ankle pivot to some of the older Marvel Legends? Lack of ankle pivot on figures is something that bugs me a lot.

Dude you have a huge collection !!! some of those toybiz figures look a whacky compared to the hasbro ones. also some of them are just classic figures that im sure it'll be awwhile til hasbro ever puts them out.

Mister Fantastic and Thing situation remedied and they are on their way. I can't have holes of that caliber in my collection when figures are available relatively cheaply ($50 for both combined). Sometimes it IS good to drag all your stuff out!!!

Thanks Don and Spyne! That is really appreciated!

I did. I called amazons customer service on Wednesday to find out whats going on and was told the two Deadpool figures I pre-ordered back in June were sold out. I told them that was BS because at the time I pre-ordered they were still available. I told them if they were sold out the option to pre-order shouldn't have been available. The manager kept telling me I can get a Deadpool from a third party seller which I told him that's not happening because they are scalpers and selling him for double or triple the retail price.

Long story short they eventually gave me a $30 gift certificate for the price of the pre-order and cancelled one of the pre-order. I ended up getting a Deadpool from a third party seller for $58. With the credit I ended up paying $20 for the figure. It was shipped yesterday so i'll have him tomorrow. The other Deadpool pre-order still says expected delivery August 3rd and still says not shipped yet.

nah..i'm just giving back (in whatever way i can) like other Arkers have done for me.
I've only been on here about a year and you know I try to be cool with everyone here (unless their actions give me a reason to rethink that)...and early on I've had extremely nice gestures by about 4/5 members. From sending me BAF parts, to sending other random parts and in a few cases actual figures and asking for NOTHING in return (even taking care of shipping)
One of you in particular said "we take care of each other around these parts".
This is our home, so why not take care of one another.
So real Kudos to all of you who keep the Ark a POSITIVE and ENJOYABLE place where we can partake in our hobby..(u buncha nerds)

Congrats!!! Mine should be here in an hour or two...I can't wait.. I feel like others have had this wave for like 2 months already.
That Rogue looks great.....Hmmm..but why does Gambit look like he just ate one of Mrs. Minny's (special) pies?!?! heh

I need a second Kitty Pryde, a second Namor, (both for customs) and I also need for that Third Civil Wave war to start shipping from BBTS LOL.

Oh and the X-wave for next year to somehow transport itself back in time 6-7 whatever months and arrive at my doorstep tomorrow. But I don't see that one happening.
The Walgreens down the street from me got their case of Namor, if anyone needs him let me know and I'll grab em. Shoot me a PM.

I really like this set.. My only complaint is the lack of wings on Cap-falcon. Vision looks great! Kate is a nice figure though I know many wanted her in her first costume.

Target did the reset. All X-Men were gone though.

And Walmart still continues to yield no Winter soldiers or Falcons.

Toys R Us just got in the Absorbing Man wave.

I miss Long Beach. At least there everything was up to date. The Valley sucks.

I went to Target yesterday and gave them the DPCI number on their website and they said it was not in their system. Which I found strange since their website had it....either way I got what I wanted today and didn't have to pay exorbitant prices. I've also gone to Walmart to find the Winter Soldiers and Falcons...no luck either. TRU..."we only got what we have on the pegs." Whatever. Guess they don't want my money!!! I'm here in the Inland Empire in case anyone is wondering....though I did find most of the X-men wave at the Walgreens I go to in my city, just no Deadpool, Wolverine or Rogue.

BTW, I went to Kmart just for **** and giggles and found a mess there from long ago. They had some Guardians figures and few Rhino figures about 5 total figures overall...not to mention the entire aisle was just a complete hodge podge of toys...how does this place stay in business I thought?

That's why i gave up on Kmart back in 2012 when Dc universe got canned because they never had shit. I wouldn't go back in there if i was you.
