Repackers are definitely on my short-list for the scum of this hobby. Were all of the Caps actually labeled as Caps (i.e. in WWII Cap packaging), or were they labeled as other figures?
They all said WWII CAPTIAN AMERICA. They looked brand new untouched

Sorry... just a few more pics of Beast posed out and standing upright to show his scale for anyone interested. I'll put all this and info about the project in the Customs Completed section once all 5 members are done. =)

Bonus 5 second handstand pose! lol

BTM's pics reminded me to ask this, but has anyone tried to boil and pop the hips off of the new female Legends bodies? It looks like it would be since they're an MU looking ball and cup type joint, but the plastic seems hard like the type used in torsos. I have the figures at home but never got around to trying it myself, so I thought I'd check here in the meantime.

I'd say you could do it easily enough, but at $30-40 just for her, makes for a pricey buck. I ain't trying it on mine, lol.

So, let me get this straight, some dude came into target to return 20 ww2 caps plus a A.I.M. figure that is actually fire fly???

Smh, this is what i don't get about A: targets return policy and B: Guest service team members. I'm sure that whom ever did the return was new at GS.

Had it been me, he would have kept that firefly figure.

Shadiness in the toy aisle is always depressing, but at least most of the figures pictured above are new in box. I've come across a few failed custom projects on store pegs in my area, and that sh*t is the lowest of the low. It's also laughable too in a way because really, if you are that hard up for money to be running that kind of scam, pick a different hobby within your means... smh.
Anyways... belts! Angel and Iceman are on the workbench right now, so full team in completed customs by this weekend. =)
