Dude, there were like, three sex scenes, and one of them was more implied than anything else. Sure, they were more graphic than most, but seriously, they're a very, very small part of the show. To the point of being negligible.

Went shopping today and stopped at my walmart that i regularly frequent, they had nothing atcall new besides some absorbing man wave and some of the red onslaught...
After leaving walmart, we stopped at a target store they had the absorbing man wave that was it.. however they did have in stock the civil war 3 pack and also the war machine disco armor iron man 2 pack. While i didn't want any of them other then the disco armor iron man, i couldn't justify spending the few bucks on just a couple of repainted figures.. So my hunt ended me empty handed. Oh well back to the drawing board. |

I think Hasbro might be starting to get more economical with their thinking. If there's clearly a demand for a character it makes more sense to get use out of the sculpt than it does to just use it for one limited run con exclusive, I guess.

While i didn't want any of them other then the disco armor iron man, i couldn't justify spending the few bucks on just a couple of repainted figures.. So my hunt ended me empty handed. Oh well back to the drawing board. i hit..Walmart, Walmart, Target, Marshals, GamesStop, Toys R Us, GameStop, Walgreens, Toys R US. I mostly found a bunch of nothing I needed BUT i did see some of the X-wave (of course no Pool, Rogue, or Wolvie) and War Machine two packs, and the Civil War (with spidey 3-pack) At the LAST Toys R U..which was last in my rounds..i finally saw the Kate Bishop 3 pack..I was glad because those two hours and coming up with nothing would have sucked. So i grabbed it. 1. Kate: she's cool even though her outfit is a tad bit plain. Wish she came with at least one loose arrow. 2. Falcon Cap: prior to hmm..6 months ago i would have thought this a stupid figure..now that i've become more familiar with him in the marvel universe, i get it. Decent addition, To me, his face sculpt makes him look at least late 30's or 40..and the lack of wings well....i know i'll fix that in the near future. 3. Vision: My favorite of the 3, I just started reading his "solo" comic and like his new costumed look..so this figure works So this is now my mess of a desk before my attempt at taking some group pictures of the waves, and an all encompassing X-people pic..then subsequently of course most of them will head to storage ![]() ![]()

A huge gripe over the years (and not just with Hasbro...congrats to NECA for taking top prize for that this year,) and one of my own as well, has been the existence of con exclusives and how they can end up breaking the collections of those who cannot happen to get their hands one them once they release. Many of us were never able to get Psylocke, Luke Cage, Moonstone, Dormammu etc, and recognizing that, it appears that Hasbro is starting to make some of these exclusives "timed", meaning that those who buy them will get them at their onset will get to enjoy them earlier, the rest of us will simply have to wait. And honestly, if this is something they will continue to do going forward, I have NO issue with that. I'm a patient fellow... |

I'm thinking that perhaps a small part of this might be to fan outcry. While not bending to our every will, Hasbro has got a lot better over the past two years at listening to the complaints of fans, and implementing changes in the way they handle things. Fans were ticked about the last X-Men wave...we get a new one that's not exclusive. Fans were upset about single jointed elbows on the females, Hasbro announces double jointed ones at this past SDCC. Fans were ticked off about BAF sizes. Hasbro gives us Hulkbuster, Rhino, Juggernaut, Onslaught, Space Venom and so on.
A huge gripe over the years (and not just with Hasbro...congrats to NECA for taking top prize for that this year,) and one of my own as well, has been the existence of con exclusives and how they can end up breaking the collections of those who cannot happen to get their hands one them once they release. And honestly, if this is something they will continue to do going forward, I have NO issue with that. I'm a patient fellow... Yikes. |

Honestly, I feel Hasbro has made huge leaps as a company this past year as far as just listening to the fans.
I know last year was pretty mediocre for Legends outside of the Spider-Man waves. It certainly wasn't a 'bad' year, but there also wasn't too, too much to be excited about. But it seems like Hasbro listened to concerns and pretty much addressed all of them and produced some truly stellar waves of Legends, and surprisingly with the increased quantity, there was actual a fair increase in quality as well, with improved paintjobs (though still not perfect), TONS of new sculpts, two long-requested movie figures in Scarlet Witch and Falcon (we STILL need Vision and Quicksilver, Hasbro!) and better character selection. The only thing I'd tell Hasbro to do is keep improving, knock out a few more teams that still need to be completed and for the love of God, make these things easier to get ahold of lol. I'm still not looking forward to driving to another country to get ahold of Wanda. |

![]() Speaking of costumes...I know I'm going to draw the ire of Jim Lee lovers everywhere...but the Rogue we recently got is NOT my favorite costume that she has ever worn. So after getting a nearly perfect version of that costume, and after finally receiving my fodder bodies from the Hasbro eBay fire sale last week, I finally set out to create the look that has tickled my fancy since I was a little boy, and still gets me to turn my head at a con whenever I see it done well by a cosplayer. And here she is! It's no Saotome, but I'm really pleased with how she came out! ![]() ![]() and a shot of "dat azz" cause I know DTL will appreciate it...lol. ![]() ![]() Sorry for the lack of dynamic flying poses on this one. Would you believe it...my only working flight stand ****ing broke when I tried to photograph her for this post! |

If you're confident in your customization abilities, and have a set of BAF Hobgoblin wings lying around, they do fit on him with with some tinkering, and can be easily painted to match the comics color scheme (since they should be red and not orange.) ![]() |

She's a pretty cool figure, although her lower body isn't up to the standards of current Legends. I saw that Glenn Webb did a custom of her using kitbashed parts from Hellcat. I may end up going that route since it looks fantastic and pretty simple to do. |

I picked up MCU Spidey separate on Ebay for about 28 bucks shipped...which I was totally alright with. It beats having to go through the nonsense of selling off the Cap and Iron Man, which I had absolutely no interest in adding to my already swelling collection of Cap and Iron Men. He's a pretty fun figure...and while I'm not a fan of the costume, I do like the figure and think it's well done. It definitely looks better than in hand than it does in photos.

*gasps* HERETIC! Lol, excellent custom, my man. Simple, yet effective.

Glenn's got some really good videos on his site when it comes to customization. I highly recommend his Baron Zemo playlist...as I learned a lot from it. A year ago, I would have paid 90 bucks or more for this version of Rogue, now, I was able to put her together for about 9 bucks... Thank you! Much appreciated! Good luck on grabbing a Spidey! |

As I look at all the civil war items hitting shelves now i think...wouldn't it have made a LOT more sense to have these items released BEFORE and DURING the movie's run?? Thanks...trying to get my 'Legends' weight up.... HAHAHA......My man!!!! Also, great job on that Rogue...
