They already announced a Deadpool, so...

I just hope they include some characters that would work with the other scales, like Giant-Man or Galactus.

Seariously? You mean the one that they showed at the SDCC is part of this toy line? That makes sense. Awesome then!

So right now it's? Iron man, cap, and spidey right? And DP is announced? Any other rumors? I'm dying trying to play catch up on 6" legends because I held off too long. If I'm going 12" I'm getting in on the ground floor!... by the way if anyone's got an Amazon Thor, hawkeye, or Stryfe, cannonball, domino, or warpath holler. Catch up sucks so bad.

Lol, yes...if you're gonna jump in might as well do it now that there's only 3 figs (Cap, IM and SM). Deadpool to come and I doubt you will see DP on sale ever. If anything more expensive if he becomes hard to find.

But they only have 4 characters. Where are the villains for Spidey to fight? Where is Red Skull to go with Cap? Where are the X-Men? Where is Black Widow? Where is Mandarin to go with Iron Man? Where is...

I'd rather they spent their efforts making 12 inch figures of teh characters that should be in a 12 inch scale.

I totally agree on that point. Now in answer to your questions I refer to the hasbro/marvel business model cap iron man and spidy can be used to sell hot dog shit in a paper bag to kids, wolverine and Deadpool can make them buy that the same bag again in a different color

Like an Apocalypse, some type of Sentinel, Giant-Man, Dormammu (he can change size so it won't conflict with the BAF), or even Shuma Gorath (it'd technically be far too small for scale but it'd still be cool).

I hated this conversion because the 4 inch line is my main collection, and buying certain waves for the BAF to scale with my 4 inch line was what got me started....now I like them.

Soon I'll be filling in the ranks with the revoltech deadpool, spidey, and I have the venom on preorder

I stopped counting a very long time ago...but yeah, its quite high.

Y'know, I didn't like that fig until they gave it the redraft treatment. It dropped in price a bit, but its value is starting to rise again.

Yeah I'm really impressed with the 12" iron man and if you want to get them all on the cheap go to gamestop.com and add both spidey and cap to your cart they are buy one get one free and discounted to $30.97 right now.

I couldn't pass up that deal and if you have any interest then today is the day to get them. I'm pretty sure the bogo sale ends tomorrow

It is probably that they are tanking our 4" line and it is easy to get excited over proper MU figures, just in a larger scale. I bet we would have never looked at other scales (Other than when they fit with 4") if they would have continued with MU when it was really rolling.

That's the exact reason I moved to 6 inch a couple years ago. Love the 4 in. but let's face it. They're phoning that line in now. Loving what the 6 in. are bringing these days.

Opened up my Hobgoblin from Wally World, and I love it. The glider is pretty tiny, so I decided to give my MS Green Goblin glider to him and it's much better.

As we draw 2016 to a close, I can't help but say GOOD RIDDANCE.

However, this year has been a banner one for Hasbro's ML releases, and for our collecting of them.

At the end of 2015, this was our ML collection:

Now, on the last day of 2016, we've added the following figures - so many, I had to split them up into multiple photos! (apologies for the quality, my camera doesn't like doing indoor photos) We also have Nico Minoru and MCU Scarlet Witch, but they're part of my wife's 'Inspiration Display' on her writing desk, so I didn't want to pull them down.

To give you a better scale, though, here's ALL the 2016 purchases in one shot.

Here's to another stellar year for Legends (but hopefully one where I want fewer figures!)
