Just need some advice. I got a pitt figure a few months ago and I wanna pose him with a hulk figure for some epic fights. Could you guys recommend a hulk figure that is comparable in scale and articulation. I was looking at ml baf red hulk but his sculpt is weak..marvel select hulk unleashed looks good but meh articulation. Is the marvel icons hulk any good for pitt?

Tough decision, Depends on what scale you want Hulk to be. Typically Pitt is always massive almost a page or 2 worth of animation just for him, so keep that in mind. Based of wiki info Pitt is 7' tall with a Weight of a 1,000 lbs. Hulk on the other hand has been portrayed at various heights and weights, more often he's around 7-8' tall weighing from 500-1500 lbs. Depending on which Hulk your talking about or trying to portray. Personally the faceoff ML Hulk either version is the best figure made, or the more recent Avengers movie Hulk are some of the best on the market in terms of sculpt, paint and articulation. Marvel Icons Hulk is an awesome figure, but out of scale IMO, plus he's not cheap and shipping costs sucks for Icons. You could go with the Marvel Select Movie Hulk, he's pretty much an upscaled version of the Walmart release, good articulation and scale would work. Ultimate Hulk *(Grey Hulk) from MS would work, same with most of the other MS Hulks, scale/paint wise they're wins, but they do lack articulation.

Thanks! I'll look into those! Essentially I just want 2 massive bodies essentially going at it. Most of the other hulks even the ms hulk unleashed seem so wimpy against pitt..they just look so lean...

Well PITT was a BEAST of a figure. He is still number 2 on my BAF list of favorite Build a Figures. #1 will always be the ML Sentinel from series 10. I have 9 of that Sentinel, and not one of them cost me more than 35$-40$. I gathered a lot of loose parts back when the line came out and I think 4 of them were around 35$ each from local shops before they went all expensive.

As for a good Hulk, I personally like the Disney Store Exclusive of Hulk Unleashed from last year. He is about my favorite Hulk ever. Size wise he is around what would be about 10 feet (in scale of course) but mass wise no one will compete with PITT. Not even Marvel Select Abomination or Juggernaut.

I forget how huge that Pitt figure was. Wow!

I remember reading the comics as a kid. I think I still might have them.

I was lucky enough to grab quite a few Spider-Girl figures at retail, so I started messing around using her as a custom base. So much potential and so easy to work with since her limbs all come off with minimal effort. Example #1: If you've got a head, cape, belt, and some yellow paint, she makes a perfect quick and easy Cassandra Cain Batgirl... =)

Yeah I love the sculpt of that hulk. But with the limited articulation and lack of mass I feel like icons hulk would be more of a match for pitt even if he's a little taller. It's judt super expensive though, otherwise ms hulk unleashed would be my go to. Thanks for all the pics!

I'd like to take a minute to thank Hasbro for giving us two of the best custom base bodies ever with Superior Spidey and Spider-Girl...SO easy to work with, and the proportions just nail it for so many characters. =)

I have Black Cat & Carnage for trade -OR- Spider-Girl & Toxin. I'm looking for Black Widow & Winter Soldier (like everyone else). I would also trade for AIM Soldier & Hydra Agent.

Does anybody who's not interested in building a Mandroid have an extra left and right leg and head they're looking to sell or trade? If so, PM me. Would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Did we ever get a full listing/case assortment for the GotG movie Legends? Or an expected date of release?

Random guess, the 2 doubles will be Iron Man and Star Lord. I would think they might hit as early as June since the cap and spidey lines hit Jan/Feb. Just me guessing. Kinda suprised that BBTS has no listing yet to pre order.

Seems like there's been a halt with Winter Soldier Wave 2 stuff. In the past 3 weeks I'd see a bunch of Wave 2 figures pop up on eBay & Craigslist and this past week....almost nothing (A lot of Mandroids going for $70-80 though). I set the app to alert me when new figures are put on eBay and I get a message maybe every 6-8 hours now. Usually just relists with the price being taken down $2-3 bucks.

It's probably nothing, just something I've noticed.

We've been checking Targets, Walmarts, TRU and the usual places almost every other day on the way back from work & school (sometimes early morning) and still nada.

San Diego blows, but at least I'm happy I don't have to deal with what I hear and read about Los Angeles on here. God bless you guys having to deal with those Frank & Sons 'collectors'
