Sweet pictures, Blue! I gotta work on some photography skills. I would really like to showcase my stuff.

Anyone coming up with ideas of what we'll see at Toys Fair? I'm hoping for that second Guardians wave to be revealed. It would be amazing if Adam Warlock came with an alternate Magus head.

rest of GOTG wave 2, possible preview figure from Thor wave 1 and maybe if we're lucky and there's a second X-wave (doubtful) something from that. Oh and the two packs for Cyclops/Phoenix and Mary Jane/Spiderman. Also TRU Groot, WG Invisible Woman and WM Black Panther.

Thanks, buddy!

I'm hoping for the same regarding Warlock and the addition of a Magus head....En Sabah called it way back when! lol

I also hope Wendell Vaughn is a surprise inclusion. Sorry to those of you calling for Phyla-Vell. I want her too, but not as Captain Marvel or as Quasar...she's always deserved her own identity, which she got in the form of Martyr.

Also, bucking the trend on the thread, I'm all in on the upcoming GotG wave. I admit that, collectively, this ain't the greatest looking wave. However, my comic canon investments look much better than those MCU offerings...so, I'm good. I also wasn't very impressed by that Select GotG wave and anyone thinking to add Gamora, may want wait. If armored Gamora received the 'Select' treatment, then a 'Legends' birth is all but assured...maybe even a Toy Fair announcement?

If anyone is looking for Odin series BAF Legs, starts hitting up Gamestops. I saw 2 Thor at a couple stores yesterday. No white Iron Fist, but I was not really looking very hard. I think they were under 10$ on clearance.

And yeah, things have been uneven since. The art has made surges in quality, the writing has been up and down. I will say that I'm really enjoying the new Thanos and Gamora books that are out right now, and both showcase some of the best art I've seen in cosmic Marvel.
Some of my favorite stories are the ones that explore the compulsively inquisitive and self-serving side of Thanos. So few writers at Marvel seem to understand him, utilizing him instead as a cliched villain plot device.
But he's much deeper than some generic space warlord, he's a meticulous monster. He killed half a galaxy for a woman's love, and I think that's something every man can identify with.

Fully agree on both parts. One of the best Thanos related stories I ever read was the mini where he is on a sort of pilgrimage. I forget the exact title but it takes place around the time of the Annihilators mini.

Here's hoping for a Wendell in 6" using the same suit as the 3.75". I will take Phyla in any guise I can get. If it means Wendell as Quasar then Phyla as Martyr would be awesome. It gave her an interesting darker side. I would also love an armored version of Starhawk from that same era.

Same suit different hair though. That was just an awesome figure except for the pony tail.

Right before Annihilation, yessir!
It was just called "Thanos", the subtitle was "Samaritan", and it was incredible. It's one of my favorite stories, period. Full stop. It set the events in motion that freed Star Lord from the Kyln and his more figurative prison of not existing for three decades. It set Thanos towards his partnership with Annihilus and freed the Proemial Gods to take their revenge on Galactus. It was more than just awesome, it was very important. I've said it here before, but Keith Giffen is one of the very few writers who truly "gets" Thanos.

I'm thinking the focus of Marvel Legends at Toyfair this year will be the Guardians and Spidey waves.

Giffen wonderfully laid out the ground work for Annihilation (which he of course wrote) and just generally set the stage for DnA's cosmic epic. Marvel Cosmic has been a hollow shell since those guys left, although I think Ultimates is pretty darn good but that's like it for all of cosmic.

Just saw this posting in one of my Facebook groups, and it leaves a few questions...

Will the new Enchantress be an MCU version, or a different version of the comic figure we recently got (wearing a slinky dress perhaps?) Same goes for Executioner...MCU, or comic? A lot more excited about the Thor Wave than I was previously, though I'm also kinda scratching my head about a lack of a Hulk figure. Also...ARES. Take that BAF scalpers!

The Marvel Knights wave looks like the wave of the year so far, as it's lineup is crazy good. I just have to wonder, with two of the figures being MCU (JJ and Punisher) will the Daredevil also be MCU? What about Elektra? Is Bullseye a spoiler for DD season 3,or a comic version? And after a LONG wait...BLADE! Only question, will it be that antique version that later became Nick Fury and Red Skull, or will it be something closer to the version Hasbro showed off in their diorama case at SDCC this past year? Or something new entirely? I'm also not seeing a BAF for this wave, so it has me wondering if these will be exclusive to different retailers, or if it's just not yet known.

Looks like they will be rounding off the rest of the movie cast in the second GOTG wave, along with a possible updated comic Starlord. Curious as to which Nebula as well.

Alright guys...let the speculation begin!

After seeing the rumor lists of waves.. i will be picking and choosing here, as all three waves aren't all specutacular IMO

Odinson is a definite purchase
Adam warlock
Death's head II - OH YEA !!!

Daredevil im curious as to which version? the netflix one or the current costume which is in comics now. the rest i'll just have to wait and see.

I'm shocked no Moon Knight.... i mean really?

Oooooh, a Nebula figure.
Shit, I just picked up the Enchantress and there's the possibility of a superior one in the near future. Ex Nihilo is kind of a cool choice because he represents the landmark that cosmic Marvel has a foot in the door so now we can start getting toys of their B-list characters. If he even ranks that high.

He wove so many wondrous things, it's tragic as hell that he Giffen was not retained. I keep bumping into things he's working on (Scooby Apocalypse for one, which is a fun book), Abnett and Lanning as well.
And it's so deflating. There are some cosmic books I've really enjoyed over the past few years, but I understand the complaints that a lot of people have when we see brilliant writers casually tossed aside.

This makes me very happy! The second wave are just comic versions? No MCU Rocket or Gamora? I mean we had those a couple years back for GOTG. And Excuse my french I was about to shit my pants when I saw a release date for JESSICA JONES AND PUNISHER.

Wait, are they? I was expecting Rocket to be a blue repaint to match his Volume 2 gear.
An articulated Legends Rocket would be superb, but I'm not gonna be upset if he isn't because I'll have my Select version! So I'm good, either way.
Goodness me, that list is exciting.

I really hope the comic Thor is Jane Foster Thor, the presence of an Odinson suggests it will be. Enchantress is odd, she just got a release, unless she was so popular they decided to repack her. Hela could be movie or comic. Ares I think would be comic as there hasn't been any indication he is in the movie. Excluding the BAF if the Thor is Jane Foster it would be a 50% female ML wave.

Marvel Knights wave looks pretty good, I'm glad we're getting Elektra. Ditto for GotG, Gamora really should have been in the first wave but at I'm glad they are giving us Nebula at last.

A new Thor case and not a friggin Loki? WTF Hasbro? Why would I want Ares in my Norse God line?

Hopefully Blade, Bullseye, and Elektra are the comic versions. Why no Kingpin though?

Very much this. I skipped out on the 3.75 version despite wanting any version at all, I was thinking that a Legends iteration was inevitable.
(another good book from 2015, by the way, Jane inheriting Mjolnir)

Id imagine the BAF would be Luke Cage or Kingpin. Makes sense right?

If this rumor/leak ends up being accurate, I hope he's the BAF (as it lists no BAF). Although, considering there's no Netflix Iron Fist either............maybe they're planning on another Marvel Knights wave in 2018....??

Luke Cage being the BAF would be awesome. Make no mistake it would have to look like Mike Colter.

Interesting list, matches up with the full GOTG wave 2 list (with Ex Nihlo being the BAF). I had suspected the Thor wave would be similar to this, with possibilities of Loki, Hulk, Heimdall and Grandmaster, but all together not surprising except for another Enchantress figure.

I will definitely be getting that Thor wave in full though, Executioner as BAF is great. I sure do hope one of the Thors is Jane Foster Thor, if not, that is a HUGE missed opportunity. I also think that we may see another wave of Thor figures in 2017 or 2018 even.

Defenders. meh. All power to those who want this, but the style of figures is just not my cup of tea. Entire pass for me, with one caveat, if there is a BAF and it's Kingpin, even though I'd want it to be Comic Kingpin if it's MCU version I could see me getting, might try to get just a BAF of that one though. Edit: I could see me getting a Bullseye just because the old one is showing it's style and age.

GOTG wave I mentioned earlier some pages ago, still stands: Nebula yes, Death's Head yes and Rocket most likely. The rest I can pass on.

In a way I'm glad to see a few waves I'm not all that interested in, despite that means there's figures not being made I'd rather see, my wallet could honestly do with a break considering the last two years.

Kinda disappointing to me only 6 figures out of three waves that I'm interested in. Hopefully there'll be more announced for these since some of them only list 6 figures.

Storm and Black Panther (with a side of Zemo), appreciation...

Zemo and Hydra won't be returning to Wakanda...that's if they even survive this visit.
