Front page reveals shots of several Spider-Man Homecoming figures, including IRon Man (o_O), Spider-Man, early Spider-Man and Vulture. Hard pass. Just not my cup of tea and I am so over Spider-Man figures if it's not off shoot characters or comic villains. Don't get me wrong, I was fully aware that Spider-Man Homecoming Legends would have Spider-Man figures, it doesn't change the fact I'm over it.

Wow, those are... horrible looking. Except for the web wings, I'm quite disappointed. I thought the list said it was going to be 2 movie figures and 5 comic figures? I really hope this isn't the only Spider-Man wave we get this year.

Well it's only four figures revealed and if I'm reading it right, the vulture is a BAF, and the Iron Man/Spider-Man are a two pack. So early spider-man and web wings are the only one from the wave. I'm guessing the other movie figure will be a single pack Iron Man or a Shocker, or whoever the third villain is.....I'm totally down for more comic stuff though as long as it's not Spidey himself.

Technically the Sandman wave is from 2017, even if it shipped out in December it still is marketed as 2017. I'm guessing we will probably see another wave before the end of the year, but it's likely that may be from an early 2018 wave...seems like that has happened two years in a row now so it may be pattern.

Ditto. Although happy to see more Legends, nothing I want there.

Oh yay, it's that Iron-Man with the horrible hip articulation except...slightly repainted...again...in a two pack with a Spider-Man that it already came with before, if I'm reading this right?

Both of the movie Spideys look fine but I just have no desire to have two MCU Spider-Men, let alone from the same movie.

Vulture still looks awesome though.

Wave is looking kinda meh for me tbh. I'm hoping the comic figures pick up the slack.

Considering Cyc will be the most sought after figure of the line, im sure we'll have another similar problem of finding him. same like how deadpool has been.

+1....and now that they are in Singapore I must begin my thoughts on how much I want to pay to "get it now"...not a bragging rights thing just obsession and impatience.

Iron Man being in a two-pack is interesting. There were licensing issues that kept Spider-Man figures from being released solo in Civil War, so I wonder if the opposite is true for Avengers characters in the Spider-Man movies.

Judging off of that color scheme the new Iron Man figure looks to be based off of the Ultimates armor. Pretty weak wave considering we need to get them all in order to get a hold of Vulture's wings.

Seriously though no MCU Shocker? I need my Crunch, cuz straight jack-in will save you that mad cream!

I kinda like the 'web wings' MCU Spidey, but at the end of the day I'm not jonesing for any of these figures. I'll wait to see what Toy Fair shows us of the rest of the wave.

The 'Homemade' costume does have its charm though. Kinda makes me think of an MCU Ollie Osnick (Spider-Kid).

EDIT:

Tony's part of a two-pack that isn't necessary to complete Vulture, along with the Spidey that shares the same promotional background image.

Wasn't there a Spider-Man Legends list floating around that had Tombstone on it. Cant remember who else was listed.
Those lists have been pretty accurate in the past as long as they give the SKU (I think that's what its called ) The X-men list was right on. The Wolverine list not so much but there were no SKU numbers included with that one.

Exactly. The wolverine was one of the few if only lists that had come out with no sku numbers and lo and behold, that one never materialized. Sku numbers mean fairly decently accuracy with possibility of a figure or two being replaced (Tigra for example.) Everything else is just more a rumored wishlist.

And remember, this is not the entire wave I don't think. If I'm reading it right only two of these figures are from the actual wave. Plenty more still to come...Tombstone..."dead meat"....

Man there are so many Spider-man waves I can't even keep track anymore. I thought those were from the supposed homecoming wave but it's entirely possible I'm wrong.

It is the weekend after Valentine's Day- I think it starts either Thursday the 16th or Friday the 17th (not sure what day TF starts.) but it's that weekend.

Yeah, I knew that the Tony was part of the 2 pack, I was just connecting my thoughts in general. Hopefully I am able to find that Iron Man loose after it releases as the Ultimates version of Iron Man was my favorite armor ever, and although that is MCU inspired, it is a hell of a lot better looking then the VAC metal mess that was the original Hasbro Ultimate Iron Man.

What I meant by having to buy all of the figures to complete Vulture's wings was just that. I really dig that "Human Spider" look, although I am not a fan of the web wings version since it is basically the same figure as the one that came in the 3 pack only with wings. This still seems like a really small wave so I am hoping there might be one or two other figures yet to be revealed, hopefully an MCU Shocker, and maybe those rumored Tombstone and Mary Jane figures announced last year.

Isn't Mary Jane unofficially confirmed to be in a two pack? Though it could be a MCU Mary Jane...

If that's going to be the next wave for spidey, i might actually pass on it... the Iron man looks good, the other figures are very blah to me. This coming from a guy who buys EVERY. Spider-man wave.
