Yes, kind of regret selling mine...the paint is pretty awesome on it too. But eh I have the X-Force one too so I'm cool.

That rogue isn't anything special. They really should do her in the current suit. I fancy it much more. Using the ms marvel buck with n added hood and jacket bottom it would be dope.

Anybody else think that Jubilee is the perfect base for a Gwen Stacy figure?

Of course the head easily repaints into Mary Jane (they could almost be the same type of swap BAF that King Thor and Odin are)

Yessir! I like the way you think. A well done MJ would be sweet, no offense all, but I'd rather a Silver Sable as the swap

After a close look, it appears that Hasbro used Rogue's head sculpt for Medusa and Rogue's hairpiece for Spider-girl.

I love Rogue's Uncanny Avengers costume, but I disagree with you on the Moonstone buck for that costume. I believe the 90's yellow and green costume would be great on the Moonstone body, though. She was drawn as a bruiser back then. I think the Storm buck would fit best for the Avenger's costume. Currently, she's generally drawn relatively slim.

I always thought Rogue and Emma had the same face, funny it was Medusa's too. All the re use doesn't even bother me when it makes sense and is executed well.

When I first heard that a Scarlet Witch was shown at SDCC, I really wanted it to be her Uncanny Avengers look, to change things up in her figure line-up.
When Wanda was killed in issue 14 I was surprised to say the least, besides the fact it's always shocking to have a favorite get killed, having Rogue be the one to do it was what really caught me off guard considering when Children's Crusade ended Rogue was like one of the only mutants to accept Scarlet Witch back into the fold. What I'm getting to is it's a fantastic series and figures based on these current designs would be nice.

Just finished groot by buying starlord & got wolverine unmasked, these figures are awesome. I just wish new versions of guys werent out after they've been out of date but I'm still happy. Seriously though anyone notice how they wait until the characters have new costumes after years of one being around just for a new figure?

I actually just got my medusa, and I can agree with you, plus the boobs aren't so massive. I really love this new/old Rogue costume, and they could even swap her for the old school head from the 80's

Medusa, hair aside is pretty great, the Pink on mine is terrible, but it's pretty spot on for medusa, ideally I'd have preferred the old school Medusa, like my old Toy Biz toy. but I'll take this version gladly. Id love to see Medusa on screen… which i hear is happening sooner than later.

They need to just do Women of Spider-Man 5 pack with Gwen, MJ, Silver Sable, Ultimate Spider Woman ( in red and white, not the new black widow costume) and Menace (because I love goblins).

I know this is off current topic, but I got an Agent Venom today. I had to look at the very end of the toy isle. They had 8 of them, I couldn't believe it! I love the figure. His plastic is much better than some other current Marvel Legends.

Yeah, Chuck answered. I was also unaware of her as I have never been in the habit of reading the Ultimate line....

EDIT: This was supposed to be directed to MostWanted but the quote system and I don't always mix well...

That's good to hear Spyne, congrats on the find. Although I'm not in the market for the character, its good to know that some figs are receiving an improved grade of plastic. It'd be nice to have an understanding of why certain figs get this 'premium' treatment and others do not. Is it the same plastic as the Marvel Now Cap that came out? I noticed that the Now Cap seemed to be made of a more durable plastic.....

@Spyne - we Canucks don't have walgreens up here, if you picked up an extra or two, they would be great trade bait in the future.

Thank you Byrnes! I got mine and he's wicked cool! I'm so happy!

I read all of the Marvel Ultimate books. I read very little of regular Marvel. Up until the last few years the Ultimate books were great, but they have fallen to a lot of crap and art and writing changes. Once Bendis stopped being the guy behind the Ultimate universe, everything kinda fell apart. Read everything up until the CATACLYSM story then skip to the Death of Spider-man, then everything with Miles Morales Spider-man is really pretty good.

Agreed. I have mostly only read Ultimate Spider-Man but it was pretty obvious when the writing started going downhill. Some of the art was not that great toward the end of the Spider-Man run either as I recall.

If you have Marvel Unlimited, all of Ultimate Spider-Man is on there up through the first Miles Morales run which I agree was really pretty good. I do think someone reading it without having read at least the Death of Spider-Man arc would be a bit lost about some stuff though.

One thing I will give the Ultimate universe. They kill off big/mid name characters and they seem to stay dead. Granted, my experience is again mostly the Ultimate Spider-Man series.

I would actually really like to have a solid Ultimate Spider-Woman figure with the red/white costume. I have enjoyed the character.
