Nice work! Who is the Valkyrie-type one supposed to be?

Yep. I've wanted one for a while. The Ant-man suit works well.

Not really specific enough to be Sif, but I guess that could work. Or just a female warrior.

Cool. She'd make a cool base for Sif, definitely.

I think it was very disappointing that movie Yellowjacket didn't get a Legends figure. Or any figures really.

No lie, that would have been a great figure. Maybe with Ant-Man 2 we can get it.

I watched Fantastic Four on HBO other day. I thought it can't be that bad can it. HORRIBLE!!!! Why do they have to F everything up. I hope they give that back to Marvel.

This is awesome. Now I want to do a strike team. I have extra Banshee, Gambit, Jubilee and Psylocke stuff to make some. Just need to pick up some of those bodies. Also think a unmasked Capt Marvel head painted up to look like Storm would look decent.

Never saw it myself because of the reviews; but I pretty much heard they took the family element out of the team. That's what makes fantastic four a good read. The family dynamic is the bond! But these days, any family-unit concept gets buried under the rug; I assume not to offend people.

Yeah, I guess that didn't bother me as much as the origin story (again) The way they butched Dr. Doom was what really got me. I guess the best part was The Thing. It looked good, but he didn't really seem like Ben Grimm, at least not the one I know.

They would have killed it had they gone straight into action. The team is established already and they have to fight Kang.

His method is certainly one way to do it (and I know a lot of other customizers drill into the body from the outside like that as well), but it is definitely not the best way.
Thanks for the PSA Zoffy. I have never opened one up myself so I did not realize there is a better way. Good to know for when I finally get back to work on stuff.

Not sure what the custom is but the base is the MCU Ant-Man. I have seen some great customs with that figure. It's very versatile.

These are looking good. I need to take a picture of my WIP customs, I would love to compare notes.

I don't get why they made the rest of the wave comic figures when they had one other perfectly good movie figure with Yellowjacket.

That would be awesome. I still have so much to learn with Marvel Legends and just custom work in general. Maybe we could start a parts exchange deal. I have a bunch of extra legends I bought.

And just for everyone else. I've looked all over parts of Denver the last couple days for Giant Man wave and Sub Mariner or anything else that might jump up. Nadda!

Yeah Hasbro seems hesitant to release movie villains in general. We've only gotten Loki, Electro, Ultron and Winter Soldier IIRC.

It is mindboggling how few movie villains they have done. Makes me wonder if they will even make a Thanos for Infinity War.

Some of those true heroes and such generic figures like that come with some killer weapons that work well with legends. Ive used a few. Also the evolve figs have weapons legends can use. As for generic heads ( pause for childish snickering ) funkos figs have a genericness to em...other wise just scour the local flea markets for heads that will work.

I have a huge batch of figures I was holding back for fodder. If I can get specific parts I need I would be happy to part them out.

Weapons for Marvel Legends sized figures are not the easiest to come by unfortunately. You can buy some from casters or as Nitelife mentioned, use 3.75" figures with over-sized weapons.

I have bought heads and weapons from Casting Cave and it was quick and easy. Others here have said they have had good experience with ClayOrrNot Customs also.

As for cheap 3.75 figures with over-sized weapons, I would skip the ones in the $1 packs from Wal-Mart. I bought some awhile back as a test but they did not work out well.
