Not sure, but it looks like they may have ordered more. The case is still available for preorder, as is (as of this moment) Havok, Kitty Pryde and Iceman

I preordered all 3 waves from BBTS. This is simply an amazing time to be not only a Marvel Legends collector, but an X-Men fan. My mutant brothers...we are back!

I just pre-ordered Iceman from DorksideToys. Dont have to worry about finding him now.

EDIT: Finely a Great Iceman. Took Long Enough. I was very close to having a custom Done this exact way. Saved me a couple hundred dollars.

well mutants are in books currently, only thing is they aren't the way we all would like them, Jim Lee style of course. i tell you watching season 5 of X-men the animated series from the 90s this evening while at work. boy i miss those days of the X-men.

As for the 2 other waves available now. i kinda want the entire X wave, but i would be happy with just Wolvy, rogue and deadpool.

Who was supposed to be in this third cap wave ? i heard captain britain? who else? the info on them has been very hush hush as of late.

I saw X-Men Apocalypse yesterday and enjoyed it. I was expecting a lot worse due to the reviews and word of mouth but it surprised me. I didn't think I was going to like the new actors portraying Cyclops, Storm, and Jean Grey but I think they did really good. I rate the movie 7/10 and although I won't see it multiple times in the theater like I did Dawn of Justice and Civil War i'll definitely pick it up on blue ray.

I pre ordered another set of the X-Men Legends but this time from BBTS. I was always planning on having doubles of Havok and Phoenix to make custom OG Havok and Dark Phoenix but I figured what the hell i'll just have double of everyone. I'm not taking the chance of trying to find these at retail and judging by how fast the pre-orders sold out I don't expect any figure from the this wave to warm the pegs. I've never been so excited about a Legends wave in the 12 years I've been collecting them as I've been for this wave.

To the folks that have ordered from Dorkside Toys and BBTS in the past how quickly do they ship?

they ship pretty quick once they get their shipments in. i like the fact that if you no longer want your preorder because sometimes BBTS takes awhile with certain toys, you can simply cancel your preorder. dorkside however you have to call and have them cancel it.

I was able to preorder the new spidey wave but everything else was sold out.... i literally could not believe it.

They never left. We have Extraordinary X-Men, Uncanny X-Men, All New X-Men, Old Man Logan, All New Wolverine(X-23), and X-Men '92. Six books starring the X-Men. They don't hold as prominent a place in the Marvel Universe like they did in the 90's and early 2000's but they're still there.

I am aware, but the X-teams are so secluded and kinda shoved into the corner. Gone are the days when X-Men were front and centre.

Speaking of X-Men, Phoenix Jean was shown with flat feet, but I saw another photo of the figure where she has those stupid wedges. I can see that being problematic if they use that rubbery plastic and if her head is as heavy as 90's Jean

Ok, we know Hasbro is not going to do X-men movie figures, but what about Figma, Mafex or Figuarts?? Is there the same kind of "limitation" for foreign companies. Hot Toys is doing a movie Deadpool so... could it be possible!
I'm scaring myself thinking about the money I could give for a decent Fassbender/Magneto or Olivia Munn/Psylocke.

If you have an account with Dorkside, you can cancel your orders online. You just have go to the Account section at the bottom of their site and you can see all of the orders you've placed with them. But if you end up calling or emailing, they're surprisingly very cool about cancelingl an order.

Post on Facebook showing off the new Punisher figure with the upcoming Spiderman wave in the background. Electro looks to be in a modern costume instead of his classic but he does come with an alternate classic looking head.

You can thank the people in the factories making it Probably rejects or whatever and they get them and sell it.

Ok that's good to know, they said my stuff should go out this Friday. Was tempted to slap on the X-Men legends onto it, but didn't want to wait any more...

I just placed an order with BBTS, hopefully the other site theyreactionfigure whatever will refund me. Hate paying up front unless it's a big discount, if anything I can paypal dispute them :P Plus I couldn't find a cancellation policy with them on their site.

There are bootleg 1/6 figures being made of the movie X-Men figures and they look amazing. Toy-Era is doing the Fassbender Magneto. That may be your only option. Go to Sideshow Freaks forums and check him out.

Marvel still has to approve anything so the likelihood that they approve figures for the movies guys is slim to none. I think the Deadpool and Wolverine are one off figures they approve with a movie likeness for Hot Toys since it's such a small group of collectors and not a mass retail deal.

At least it looks like Spaceknight Venom is gonna be another rightfully huge guy - not Hulkbuster or Juggernaut-sized, but I can respect the heft of the UGG-sized BAFs.

While I appreciate the fact that Frank has an expression (parted lips, or semi-sneer...whatever you might call that), he looks a little too "handsome." "Clean-cut." Almost, "stately." lol But I'm fooling no one...least of all, myself...of course, I'll be picking him up! I'll just dirty his face up a little...Maybe cut some scars into his mug...
