Exactly...apparently they didn't learn their lesson from the infamous Daredevil Exclusive. That item was also one per customer at least here in my city. What happened? People go tired and stopped looking for it there. Now, just last moth there were at least 5 still peg warming there.

Guys, need an opinion.
Does $35 sound good for a loose Galactus Series Nightcrawler? |

@Dark
@Tim @Nite @Star lol I guess a lot of people know someone they'd like to backhand ![]() ...cool! Thanks, guys...glad you dug it! "Imperious Rex"-'dem fools...I'm coining a phrase... @Symbi It depends, man. That seems a bit high and he could get made soon. I think the fig is worth it; a one of a kinda sculpt, but a tad too tall. As someone that owns both (I like the Ultimate one for its height), I could honestly go either way on this. Are there any other figs you want for 35 bucks? If not, go for it... |

How did you get Namor to hold the spear in his left hand? The thumb on my figure is molded into the finger.

Got my BBTS email that my Spidey wave of 6 is in, which is strange because they told me the wave of 8 would be in this week and not the wave of 6. Not sure I even want the wave of 6 since its only $15 more for two extra figures that I can donate to Toys for Tots.

I may just wait on it though. One just got listed on eBay for $35. It's loose, however. |

@Lapu
Thanks, we share a love of the character...now if we could just get a Marrina, Attuma, Orca, Namorita, and Namora... @Dark Meant to ask you this last night...No love for Manta's son? ...also snapped some quick pics of the other black suit Spidey since trivial covered the Red Hulk series version. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Another figure of black symbiote-suit Spiderman will undoubtedly be made, but this figure has its positives. Forgive the blurry images on a couple...It was late, I don't use a tripod, and the shots were 'closer-up' than usual. In graffiti parlance, these are 'throw-ups.' so wait...this is NOT the red hulk one?? which is this?? (so damn confusing.. Again..see what happens when you're late to the party)
nice pics... TBM i've seen a LOT figure posing over the last 5 months or so and man i swear yours have some of the most NATURAL looking stances...it's especially noticeable in the most SIMPLE stances..the one's some might not pay attention to JUST for that reason..they look so natural. Slick.... con el Nino de araña....heh-heh RE: mantas son....I don't really know him like that...that's why. I really only remember him from the Titans Cartoon and can barely remember what was going on there...

I really only remember him from the Titans Cartoon and can barely remember what was going on there... Kaldur'ahm was in the Young Justice 'toons (in league with some of the best cartoons ever IMO in terms of raw potential) and the figure pictured was drawn from that template. However, Kaldur'ahm also exists in DC's 'New Earth' (mainstream continuum) and his status as Manta's son is the same...although he sports locs in the comics...I'm less familiar with the comic version than his 'toon incarnation. But I dig the character... That black suit Spidey is a bit of a mystery to me as well. Every once in a while, I nab something on eBay that I can't quite explain. An almost fully translucent DCUC collect & connect Brimstone. A Marvel Legends Bi-beast (Byrnes is the best!). A Black Lightning with fists rather than hands - which turned out to be a custom...and this symbiote-costume Spidey. I really don't know what to make of it. I've seen a couple of other auctions of it, but only 'a couple.' I can't find it in databases and it's not a custom (the blue highlights run the length of the lower shin and the hand and fist have all the trappings of 'factory made' - no grab in the joint and they match perfectly with the upper forearm). Mysteries don't bother me very much because I believe in the mystical nature of the universe!! lol Last edited by TheBlueMarvel; 07-19-2016 at 08:37 AM.. Reason: typos |

YOU ???...I HIGHLY doubt that....BWAAAA-HAAAAA......lol
Yeah mayne...even though I understood your whole bit with unwarranted imitation. It's what got me motivated to try the same. I see now that there can be a shot of a figure just standing there doing NOTHING. BUT.. the human body/limbs fall a certain way even when doing...NOTHING. I immediately see the difference now when looking at other people's poses. In our little niche here....it REALLY is an art form. I was putting together some poses for a shoot i did like 3 months ago (which) never went beyond those initial shots...Now I see that I THINK about how the body moves..how momentum carries body parts.. I've even found myself standing up mimicking an action to see how the body is REALLY positioned..as opposed to what my mind thinks it's supposed to look like.

I so look forward to the day when I have the space to where my figures do not just look like they have had a falling down drunk party stored away in boxes....

I bought Anti-Vemom yesterday (didn't know this was Eddie Brock; Saw him recently on episodes of Ultimate Spider-Man; Needed the Hobgoblin leg) and today he is face down with his fellow Legends friends. **counting really quick.** I have 15 legends figures "OUT" displayed right now. About 100 under the bed ;o)
