It makes more sense to have toys that can stand up without support. Personally I think heels need to go from (most) comic costumes because they are stupid, and they need to go from toys because they are stupid and bad for stability.

I really love a lot of the figures revealed at this SDCC.
Here's my lucky number seven:

1: Warlock!!!! Yesss!!! With him as the BAF and both the male and female teenage bucks (yeah I said it!) there's really nothing stopping the New Mutants any more!!!

2: Spectrum! BOOM! Come on Hasbro! Commit to the entire New Ultimates line-up.

3: Colossuss! Guess what!?! This is actually the costume I wanted. I know, right?!?

4: Polaris: Just looks beautiful. Beautiful head sculpt. Plain body which actually compliments the head. Gamora cape. Hope gauntlets.

5: Kamala Ms Marvel: Looks like a really fun figure with the interchangeable parts.

6: Netflix (this is technically MCU right?) Jessica Jones: Loving it for the statement alone! Will also be getting the figure because her Alias book was one of the ones that got me back into comics after well over ten years of ignoring Symbiotes and Clones.

7: Black suit Spidey: Hope they mute the gloss a bit, but he is a definite buy.

I won't mention how wonderful I think Nico came out, because we've seen her figure before.
Honourable mentions for Angela, Darkhawk, Kid Nova, Sunfire, Dazzler and Jackal (although I don't care for the character at all) for looking spot on!

And if your really want negatives: Dormammu, Voodoo and caped Strange ...

I hate when I get called in on reveal night. I miss all the fun. Some thoughts on the reveals

Polaris – About damn time. I also love that her face sculpt is similar to Scarlet Witch's it's a nice attention to detail, since last I read they were sisters.

Dazzler – Amazing. She's another character that's been long over due.

Colossus – I'm most excited for him, he's one of my most favorite X-Men, I'll take him in whatever uniform they want to do

Cyclops – So excite! This is the Cyclops I grew up with and it saves me from paying secondary market prices for Puck/Jubilee waves Cykes

Sunfire – I'm so glad it's the classic version and not AoA

Warlock – Odd choice but I like what I'm seeing

Angela – I can't wait, I've loved this character since Spawn. I think I even still have the “Ribbon” from my McFarlane toys one.

Nova – Meh. I love Richie and he will forever be the only Nova for me

Darkhawk – I'll take it. One more New Warrior down

Vance Astro – Eh.... I'd have rather had Justice but this will make a good base for a Justice Custom

MJ – Pretty awesome, I'm glad that it's not the over done low jeans/Spidey heart shirt

Monica – I really hope she's 6 inch, but the hands in the CG mock up really look like the 3.75 Dagger/Emma hands, but they could be Satana's hands, so I'm hoping for the best.

Dark Phoenix – Could that mean we might be getting 2 X-Men waves next year? Or I guess she could be a walgreens figure

Sue – OMG I hope an FF wave is coming. It could be the best chance of getting a new She-Hulk

Small deceptions : X-23 is 3.75" only, no Shatterstar reveal.

A great year for the 6" line!! Well done, Hasbro!!

the fwoosh forums are crappy, i got ban for saying go f*** yourself to a guy that claims my opinion is invaded because i dont read the comics and its a comic book forum not a action figure one, such bs over there. and im sure they didnt ban him for provoking me all night calling me ignorant and puting me down just cause i dont like the "disco" dazzler.

I feel you homey...Just yesterday some guy on the Ark called me names too.. and my mom told me if anyone calls me names that I can give them a piece of my mind. So now he can't play with my Legends figures, can't come in my clubhouse, and can't be on my friends list...HMPH!!
Plus if you don't like disco dazzler i mean....that speaks for itself. You might get banned just for that.

Oddly enough at my One year anniversary on the Ark...I remember all this hullabaloo about SDCC reveals a year ago when i first joined...
I was like..damn...why are these guys so excited about this..
a year later...and hundred plus more figures.....I see why...

I'm going with either Kingpin or Hydro-Man. I really think Kingpin would be the only thing to convince me to get the entire wave since I wasn't keen on getting all the various spider-manses.

wouldn't be mad at a nicely done Hydro-Man or Sandman which both could easily be made into .."larger" sized figures as opposed to their normal standing, non power using size.

*SIDE NOTE*
It's funny how you can see an image of a figure, or even see it on the peg and not car for it much, but in hand it be totally something else.
This happen to me with Grim Reaper, Iron Fist (BM's fault),etc and most recently Hobgoblin of the new Spider-Man wave. I thought he looked OK..and would add him to my collection anyway..but after opening it and (am i allowed to say playing with it..ha) posing it and swapping the heads.. I REALLY LIKE THIS FIGURE....
