Well, I got several figures for a penny. Back in the day, KB Toys used to have buy 1, get one for a penny deals, so occasionally I'd go to one and see if they had two figures I wanted, or even wanted for custom parts when I used to have the time and ease of access to do custom figures. I actually got most females this way; they really didn't sell back in the day around me and so I could get a few for quite cheap.
I also got a few figures for about $2.75 on Amazon way back when (Yeesh, almost 20 years ago now!) they were still a mostly books website. Not quite the same, but when Toy Biz ended most of their lines, I got the Legendary Comic Book Heroes 2-packs for $3.99 each at my local Meijers (Grocery store). To be fair, that was also when they were almost always under $10 without tax. |

The best deal I ever got was Dragon Man for $20 when he first came out at a local hobby store.

I haven't tried it yet, but I bet Silk's unmasked head would probably fit on Kate

I saw Dragon man once and it was at my comic book store also for $10 at passed because I didn't collect Marvel legends at the time. |

I'm wondering if having a non-green colored diorama piece in front will stop the greenscreen effect from touching the figure. I'll have to try it becaue I wanted to do something with Phoenix and Scarlet Witch.

cause all you nerds and your extensive X-Collections got me feeling some kinda way about my (previously) pitiful excuse for an x-men(Legends) collection...
Time to start adding a few heavy hitters so my X-Squad can be respectable. ![]() I have a long (but fun) road ahead........

Man, how come the TJMaxx, Ross, and Marshalls stores around here never get any Legends?

I might go in that store once a year.. So after that i went in and they DO have a toy section..it's like two crap filled small aisles at the absolute furthest point back in the store..with items strewn about.... and sure enough..there were two legends figures there from the Ultron line for 9.99 so i guess it pays to check every once in awhile..

When we're done with our move I need to check tj maxx and ross. Still need to find a Bulldozer, Giant Man and Ant Man from that wave. Wanna build another Ultron for my kids. They keep using mine lol.

Just based on the first paragraph in the link above, it sounds like you could use a blue screen for photographing Phoenix. |

Finally got around to taking some pictures of my X-Men collection since I found the new X-Men figures earlier this week. I had a case on Pre-Order at BBTS but I'm not crazy enough about the Juggernaught B-A-F to got through the trouble of trying to sell Havoc and Cable on ebay. I'm pretty happy with the figures I did pick up though.

So Amazon has some Captain Britains in stock for not too much more than retail price and on prime shipping. Might hop on that. There's also Wonder Man and Eel (oddly they're listed as Crossbones and King Cobra respectively, don't know what's up with that) but they're trying to sell them for almost $40 so I'm gonna pass on them for now lol.
STILL no individually sold Scarlet Witch in sight. What's with Hasbro and having the most popular figure from the wave be the one that nobody can sell without the case? |

This is highly unlikely but does anyone have the head and right arm for civil war giant man? Those are the only two pieces i need and that wave never hit near me.

X-Men love Came home from work today to literally find this waiting for me on the couch, as the wife had grabbed it for me while out with the toddler. I really dig the Vision...but come on Hasbro...no open, gesturing hands again? Sheesh. ![]() On a side note, she said that it was the only one there buried within a fresh supply of the Spidey Civil War three pack, so it might be a good idea to search through them anyways while out and hunting, because as you know, the average TRU employee is likely to not know the difference, besides there being a ten dollar difference in price. |

They look like the dio pieces that came with some of the Marvel Select X-Men figures. I think Cyclops, Storm, and Colossus each came with some parts so when you put them together you have a danger room diorama set.
