This is exactly how big/wide I want Hasbro Thing to be. This is perfect!

Also, a Thing figure does not need double POA at the elbow/knees, that's what causes him to be done too large in hgt. The Thing is powerful & compact. The ab crunch is essential though.

I have forgotten which Thing this is but he IMO has been the perfect size for the Team.

Too tall & lanky. This is how an in scale Thing figure should look.

This custom uses the head of the figure you posted on the Hasbro Thing body that came in the Ronan BAF wave. 1 paint job later & you have the perfect Thing.

George Perez & John Byrne were the best at drawing a perfect in scale Thing.

Picked up the new Ghost Rider today. Really like the overall design, blue costume and the skull is better than the rhino wave one. I got another package in the mail for another 4 I was looking for. I cant complain today.

Now we’re talking!!! I don’t have my Marvel Encyclopedia near me. Thing is 6 feet tall, correct? I’ve never been a fan of an oversized Thing. That Marvel Select was too much for me. I know some people like him to tower over others, but Reed has always been taller than Ben.

Exactly! Classic Thing is 6 ft 500lbs, should be no taller than Reed who is 6'1. One of the reasons I always liked the Thing is that even though he was smaller & not as strong as the Hulk, he always had the confidence that he could still take him in a fight despite the hgt/strength difference. Of course the Hulk gets stronger the madder he gets so Thing hardly ever won any of their encounters. I believe his max strength is set in the 90 ton capacity. While the Hulk can press over 150+ tons in a fully enraged state.

Though Sasquatch is 10ft tall & 2000lbs, the 6ft 500lb Thing held his own & then some vs the much bigger/stronger opponent due to his never quit fighting spirit & the fact that the Thing is a expert boxer/brawler.

IIRC, the leafy vine handle is actually supposed to be because Groot creates the handle for it from himself after Thor forges the head.

Great class photos! I know it is a typo, but my bad buys class photo would be huge... so many Legends figs I wish I never bought. LOL.
I even read your post as "Bad guys" not "Bad buys" and had to re-read it and my descriptions like 10 times before I caught it. Lol it's fixed now.

@Everyone

Thanks for the kinds words guys. I'm gonna have to redo the avenger ones and add Hawkeye back in this time.

Seriously this...and any of the other newer waves people are finding as well. Don't just tell us you got it. Give us some knowledge!

Knowing where you got it from can really help provide a lot of information as to where the focus of your daily toy hunts should be going. Just saying.

Given that the Cap is the same mold that's been reused multiple times, it's definitely 6 inch, but I'm not sure I believe the pricepoint is $50. They've never gone that high for a two-pack, especially for one where one figure is almost entirely reuse.

I am very excited for that Mark 7, though, given how Hasbro recently seems to have recently gotten past a lot of the issues they've been having when making Iron Man figs.

DTL - I'm happy for you that you've managed to find that Loki. I think he's great - definitely my go to for the trickster god. I've equipped mine with a sword from the ToyBiz Loki. It fits pretty well.

Can't be dealing with ML1 Hulk though. Mine has been boxed up since I started trimming the displays back of the poorer versions of characters. There are so many better Hulks. Toybiz FO versions are still my first choice for classic hulk - and the First Appearance one holds up well too. I never experienced the ML1 Hulk variant with the bendy fingers (rather than hinged). I can't imagine it was an improvement though...
