Damn it! After watching Shartimus Prime's Psylocke variant comparison I am gonna have to get the purple hair version and do a headswap with the blue costume body... so I can have a blue costume/purple hair version like what he did.

Eh, I see no reason to bother with that Black Panther or Scarlet Spider. I have the old Scarlet Spider and a maskless head and new arm bands aren't worth $20 plus gas money to get.

As for BP, I'm quite happy with the Walmart exclusive one since he has the cape and spear he had in his debut issues of Fantastic Four.

I hereby intend for my black haired Psylocke head to be a Selene head since I know damn well that Hasbro will never release her. And at 18,000 years old I think a bit of melding of races into one person is totally acceptable (as well it should be at any time)

ANyways....fwoosh posting shows a preorder for a 10th annivesary Ultron, and a separate for Archangel. Guess he's in the X-Men wave. DId not see that coming, this year anyways.

As a somewhat new to collecting Marvel comic figures I gotta agree with you. Especially NightCrawler. I don’t see Hasbro making Beast any better then the Toybiz one (they’ve proved me wrong before) but I’m still holding out hope they announce a Gambit. That’d be incredible

Definitely. I'm also not sure what look they could really do that'd be all that different since they've already done classic and X-Force. Archangel isn't a character who's had a ton of costumes over the years, except maybe his Apocalypse design.

I think Gambit is a lock. My thought on beast/nightcrawler is that they are going to be the two "core" X-Men that will required a load of tooling and thus cost more. I don't expect them both this year in fact. I won't lie, definitely prefer Nightcrawler, but if we get him 2020 and Beast this year it's okay. But I just hope we get at least one of the two and Archangel doesn't take up a spot from them.

Gambit thought shouldn't be that tough for them to do. He's a core X-character as well. I'll be very surprised if we don't see him this year.

Edit; maybe it's my bias. I've always considered Archangel and Colossus the most uninteresting characters of their respective classes. Meanwhile Nightcrawler is my favoriate male X-Man (let's face it the X-Men are really about the ladies.)



oooh! Someone suggested the Archangel could be part of X-Force. I'd thought that would be a possible figure in that wave, so I'd definitely be down for that. I want my blue-FURRED figures blue-skinned. Except Mystique I need her redone soon. Damn, the X-men have their share of blue-hued people.

While I understand the sentiment, and I really want a new Nightcrawler, I missed the first Archangel release and I definitely can't afford the prices on the secondary market

True, he and JL Jean got expensive really fast. I was lucky to find them both but I know many people did not, or weren't collecting yet. If he ends up being part of a wave with Beast or Nightcrawler I'll be copacetic, but I will definitely be irritated if he comes before either of them. But I definitely ge what you're saying.

Hell Yeah!!! Got him Today!!! He is on the Custom Table ready to be Upgraded. Adding Metal Claws, Hat, Dog Tags, Painted faded Blue Jean Pants and Wore Boots paint Job and 2 new Heads with the heads I always use on my Wolverines so they all look the same. One with a Patch as well.
