Another weekday goes by and still nothing from Dorkside. -_-

I swear that they want me to send them personal invitations.

I'm really enjoying my Mark VII Iron Man, I think he is one of the finest MCU figures Hasbro has ever produced, if not the finest. He seems more high-end than the usual figures, and I think he is actually the best Phase One Iron Man 6 inch figure on the market. Seriously, pick him up it's totally worth it!

Finally got my ass to take a pic and upload it on here via imgur. Been not wanting to see photobucket went down, but I need to stop being so lazy.

Got my X-Men from Dorkside. This is easily my favorite ML wave yet. Storm is an absolute home run. I'm even starting to just embrace the mishmash of eras represented on my X-Men shelf. I have to say, though, I did get some with sloppy paint apps. My Storm is flawless, but all others have paint issues. Some can be overlooked, but some of them are really bad. My Magneto's helmet looks like a toddler painted it.

Big Bad sent me an email that the shipment would be arriving, but I never heard anything after that. I just logged into my account and I was happy to see that they were ready to ship it from my Pile Of Loot. So in about a week or so I'll have that wave. I'll admit, I'm most excited for the BAF, Bishop and Omega Red, maybe even X-23, the rest are boring to me. If nothing else, I'll use the X-Men Deadpool with the Madcap head just to have a stand in Madcap.

I'm the same with this wave. It's 90% about the BAF. but I definitely wanted the new Bishop, Omega Red and ANAD wolverine. Lady Deadpool is okay. I'm giving boxer Deadpool to my friend who likes weird figures. I figure I can use the X-Men Deadpool for a custom. I said before this is my favorite BAF ever, I guess I should clarify, favorite Hasbro BAF. The TB Apocalypse and Sentinel are pretty much unbeatable. And that's awesome yours will be there soon too!

No More Dorkside for me. They just suck. You get your order just way way way after everyone else.

I wasn't a fan of how Dorkside handled my X-Men wave order. I don't think their free shipping is enough to get me to buy from them again. Big bad has $4 flat rate, good enough for me.

I understand completely! I have cancelled every item I have preordered from them only because I have found them in store prior to them having them in stock.

I'm not blaming them at all for the X-men stuff as I believe this wave was hard for Hasbro to fulfill all the orders. They are still not in stock at GameStop or Walmart. Target and Walgreens were the only places they have been seen.

All that being said they sometimes have deals that beat retail I would have saved some cash if I would have waited on the lizard wave but my impatience got the best of me there.

I would definitely cut them some slack on the X-men wave. I know I ended up cancelling mine last minute because I saw it in retail, but it seems to me that retail got this wave way before etailers, much like last year's X-Men wave. I'm sure it hurts the etailers sales, they likely expect around 20% of preorders to be cancelled but I bet it was way more than that in this case. They can't help when Hasbro (or the middle man if there is one) ships their product to them. The only reason I went ahead and bought that wave at retail is that on top of that wait for them to get it, it seems their order fulfillment on that wave was slightly out of whack. I'd think if you placed orders for cases or sets and haven't had it shipped yet it would be justified in sending them a message asking what's up.

I definitely wouldn't blame Dorkside for the X-Men fiasco.

I myself ended up cancelling my preorder with them since I found the wave on eBay for a similar price, but I think they got screwed over by Hasbro's lack of communication and distribution issues just as much as we did.

I have been getting all My Legends from Gamestop ( with the Obsidian wave as the exception cause I ran into a whole case at a Wal Mart), But pre ordering, being able to add money on them any time before they come out and not drop all the cash at once, and able to order singles, doubles , or whatever, is better than anywhere else right now. You just have to get those pre orders in asap. I pre-ordered 3 Psylocke, bought 2, moved the money from the third onto a couple of the Archangel and AIM 2 packs. I happen to be very patient and have no issues about how fast I get them, or if someone gets them before me. Just as long as I get them I am good. Glad others need them asap but I have never canceled an online order just because one site got them before another. They show up when they show up.

I myself have a Bishop preordered at Gamestop. Hoping it comes soon. I might try to see if I can get an Omega Red there as well.

Lesson to Hasbro: Produce more of the X-Men waves from here on out. They're going to be one of the hotter, if not the hottest, waves each year. Do not underestimate the power of the dark si---er...of mutants.

Be happy you guys didn't order anything SDCC related from NECA. I had a label printed from my item back on the 26th of July, indicating that it was ready to ship, and it still has not left the warehouse for some reason that the company hasn't explained, and with little to no customer service offered.

I just checked and they are showing as in stock at a few locations. I quit checking for them since their release date kept changing and the pre-order kept coming and going.

What is really weird is at one point Omega Red was searchable by store and a few stores in my area showed it was in stock, but only him nothing else from the wave was in stock at any stores. Now you can search the other characters from the wave, but Omega Red just says pre-order, and you can't search by store any longer for him. Also the release dates keep changing on that wave too.

I agree completely with Phantomcrow that GS is becoming to go to place to pick up legends. I'm just a little impatient and them changing release dates is a little frustrating.
