I actually felt Daredevil S2 fell into this trap. One of the more compelling things about S1 was watching him try and balance his doubt over what he did with his need to do it, his belief it needed to BE done and guilt over the repercussions. Then in S2 he was just an arsehole that put his vigilantism ahead of everyone and everything.

It still held up better than the others I mentioned, imo, but I don't entirely disagree with you there.

Nah, Luke Cage's second season was near perfection. At least as near perfection as you are going to get with a comic book show. None of these shows will ever compare to the likes of Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad.

I haven't seen the season two of JJ and LC yet so I can't compare, obviously, but it does seem a bit of a trend for the Netflix shows sadly. Hopefully the season threes will be better.

I've just finally finished watching Season 2 of Jessica Jones after holding off for a while (moving on to Luke Cage and Iron Fist's second seasons soon), and while I didn't hate it, it was definitely much weaker and messier than Season 1. One thing that bugs me the most is Jessica's out-of-character-ness and inconsistency, mainly in the second half of the season. She keeps flip-flopping wildly. Plus, that was an unnecessarily downer ending. What is it with Netflix Marvel Season 2s and their main characters shoving all their loved ones away at the very end (note: don't yet know if the same applies for Luke Cage or Iron Fist)? I understand it with Daredevil as that's kinda his thing, what with being the self-flagellating Catholic boy (and it was done a lot better, with the characters still on talking terms to some extent), but as alienating as Jessica can be, it really felt wrong for her to push everyone away to that extent.

Hasbro, I want all of the figures that haven’t been released.

As for Lady Deathstrike, I’ll take her classic look and/or her Weapon X/Kelly Hu look.

And judging by her face, she seems in a great mood, very approachable. I don’t understand why she is wearing an old leather football helmet though.

It is a crap figure by today’s standards. Definitely in the “needs an update” column.

Man, I had a binder full of those cards as a kid, including those specific ones. That takes me back.

Isn't she a Walgreens exclusive? If so she will be out everywhere BUT the US in a remarkably short time and She will be out in the US at least 9 months later... maybe... if the local staff actually shelves the merchandise.

So PS4 Spider-Man might go down as one of the best adaptations of Spidey.

Insomniac pretty much nailed it and I love that they didn't rely on Spidey's A-list villains for this game.

Ive never even played the game(thanks to owning a xbox one) that being said id absolutely buy A Scorpion and Shocker imdeditley! Their Costume design is easily one of my favorite looks. Scorpion in particular.
I hope Gamestop pulls a Walgreens and has a line of Video Game figs from The game. Next up Scorpion would be incredible

I actually don't want Shocker from the new game, the helmet feels too edgy for me (literally). A lot of the designs would make for fantastic figures like Scorpion, Rhino, and Doc Ock (although we did just get the comic version). I didn't actually play the game but I watched the whole thing online and while I found the story highly derivative it was executed well and the focus was character over plot so an unoriginal story is excusable in my book. Why haven't we gotten a figure of Mr. Negative? Even before the game he's been one of Spidey's more prominent modern villains and he'd be so easy to pull off.

Kind of funny story, I have been out of town, and the morning I was leaving, I got a call from GameStop telling me that they've got the Venom figure in that I had preordered ages ago, but I told them I couldn't come in for a while. Well, last weekend I got back and picked up the figure, which I didn't realize until I got home was completely unacceptable. There was a major paint issue with one of the eyes (it looked almost like it had a googly eye), the chest symbol was missing some paint on both sides of the chest, and one of the hips I think wasn't attached right as it was super loose and warped. I returned it. Then I bought one of Amazon. That one had no QC issues at all and is the best representation of that oversized buck.

I also made it out to Walgreens, the closest one to me had a Silver Surfer, but it had a big scratch on the chest, so I left it and went to the next closest (a mile or so down the road), where they had a great one, so I picked him up, easy peasy.

Finally, I shared before my "Ultimate Thor", which is made from a few other MCU Thors pieced together, but I decided to swap out Stormbreaker for the SDCC Mjolnir, which I also like.

It really is baffling. Mr. Negative is definitely Top 3 most popular modern Spider-Man villains and he's going to be getting even more exposure due to this game. And like you said, all they'd need to do is a new headsculpt.

I'm surprised they didn't try to capitalize off of this by releasing a Mr. Negative figure to go with that GameStop Spider-Man, especially since it can double as a figure from both the game and the comic book. And they've already released an Anti-Venom as well, so why not? They can do his face and hands like they did the translucent plastic on Cloak and that would look awesome.

They give us all these Spiderverse characters, but we still don't have the main villain from that storyline. They give us a GameStop Spider-Man, but nobody for him to fight against, including one of the key antagonists who would make for a great comic or video game figure. Hasbro makes no sense sometimes lol.

I have a feeling (and am hoping) we will see Mr. Negative soon. He's being released in the 3.75 scale in a two pack, so that, coupled with the fact that the game's received a bunch of positive feedback, gives me a feeling we will see him in a Spidey wave in 2019.

Though, we still have yet to receive an Executioner figure, and he was dropped in 3.75 scale a while back for Thor Ragnarok, which also was a successful property, so there's no guarantee to anything.
