Which reminds me of the one thing I noticed about collecting Legends that is different from collecting MU, or even 3.75" SW or Joes. Legends has no revision waves. Yah, they often re-release better versions or slight repaints in stuff like vintage waves and more expensive 2 packs or now the 10th & 80th anniversary stuff ... but no straight up re-releases. MU, Clone Wars and 25th Joes used to re-release the same figure in multiple waves... sometimes in the very next wave even. But with collecting Legends it kinda makes you have the mentality of... if you really want something you better get it before the next wave arrives or you may never get it or have to pay scalper prices for it or pray Hasbro releases a better version a couple years down the line.

These should give a little bit of an idea of how the hands look
![]() Because of the way the OW figures are stylized, the hands kind of vary depending on the pose. Also, the peg fits nicely except in Kaine, where it's a little loose. Also, the pegs for Sombra and Tracer are too big for every female figure I tried, so Miles gets to show those off (pegs are loose on him, but stay in the holes) ![]() |

Finally finished my Gambit custom.
![]() Couple of WIP pics. This was my first time using Apoxie Sculpt. ![]() Before the final coat of pink paint and the edges were cleaned up with black paint. ![]() |

That's pretty cool. Now that I think about it... I have never seen Gambit's arms before.

War Machine looks like he wouldn't be out of place next to some Pacific Rim: Uprising figures now.

I was super stoked for this X-Men wave, but I’m extremely underwhelmed by the quality Hasbro is putting out. My case has 3 figures that I’m going to swap out immediately. Blink’s left arm is completely seized, paint issues and excess plastic all over. Weapon-X has the leg issue, Jubilee came out with paint issues. Couple that with her cringy neck peg issue.
Forge was somewhat loose out the box. The Bucky Cap mold needs to go. Hasbro has come out with so many better versions over the years to keep over using this one. You can see a big difference in quality from when I first started collecting 5 years to now. I’m sure they are looking for ways to cut overhead, but quality control should be the first to go. That’s a quick way to kill a line...especially with collectibles. |

^ yeah, my blink has a huge splotch of pink on her loincloth, making it look loke there was a hole in it ...in a bad spot. Weapon x’s left shoulder was FROZEN like I’ve never seen. Gambits eyes are a bit off, but not derpy, And I still haven’t figured out why jubilee came with two pairs of glasses.
I love what hasbro has done with legends for the most part,, except in the quality department. I’d love to see toybiz quality paint and sculpt detail on the newer style ( proportionate with ideal articulation) |

I think it's just more that it has been used so much at this point it has overstayed its welcome.
