I'm looking for a pegasus for the upcoming Valkyrie. Does anyone know any 6" horses or pegasuses (is that the plural) that'd work?

If you are willing to add wings, there are some Lord of the Rings horses that would probably work.

Yep, spotted one today that I’m going to go back and ask about. It’s black though.

Hascon will be in early September and NYCC is in early October, I don't know if there's anything left in August.

I grabbed a full case of the Endgame wave. Smart Hulk isn’t as bad as I thought he would be. I really wish they gave him an angry face and the smirk. The body sculpt is pretty imposing.

What’s the actual release date on Emma? Walgreens exclusives are always hard to track.

Ok so far we know the whole first Spidey wave except the BAF, We know the BAF for the next DP/X wave but none of the characters. We know the entirety of the last Endgame wave, and half of the AoA wave, Hulk(Jen) and Dr. Doom but not how they'll be released, and we know the next Walgreens exclusive and the 2 fan channel multipacks, did I miss anything?

MOTUC Swift Wing or Arrow. You'd need to doing some painting on either figure since they're designed for the She-Ra figures.

That's a pretty good list covering almost everything. The only thing other thing I can think of is Cosmic Ghost Rider and Squirrel Girl in the Riders series.

I found an 80th anniversary Thor and oh man is this figure awesome!
I put my custom clone Thor head on the figure to see how it work. And now I need a second 80th anniversary Thor haha.

Well I think it's pretty safe to figure Apocalypse is going to be the BAF for the Age of Apocalypse wave. His name is in the title. It would be pretty dumb to not do him in the first wave.

I really hope the BAF to the Spider-Man wave is no one I care about since Vulture is the only figure I have any interest in.

I think the ToyBiz Lord of the Rings horses are still great.

The black one you saw is probably the Wraith horse. I use it for Dreadknights Hellhorse. Though the Mouth of Sauron also had a black horse with different armor/sculpt.

Gandalf had Shadowfax, all white horse, which I was going to use for Valkyrie because Shadowfax doesn't have a saddle. Arwen also had Asfaloth, another white horse, but had a saddle.

My wife surprised me yesterday with the 80th Captain America she found while shopping. Super stoked to have him after missing out and ranting about it last week lol.

I do have to echo the quality control sentiments others have experienced, especially lately. 80th Caps left knee had a mispunched upper peg AND left elbow upper peg. So I'll be fixing those. I had to pick through the 80th Iron Man and Thor the other week to find aligned eyes, no scratches, etc.

It definitely sucks because most stores will get one case. So you don't have any choice to pick through because there's 1 of each figure. An exclusive is even worse because of demand, availability, scalping, etc. You get what you get because you may not run into it at retail again.

I've still never seen Worthy Cap. The one figure I'm still wanting.

I don't think Hasbro will release another Apocalypse BAF so soon after the 2018 version.

Quality control has steadily gotten worse over the last two years for sure. We're simply getting too much product to ensure good quality, as much as it's great to get so much it's less rewarding when there's problems with the figures. I'm guessing we're going to get another 9-10 waves next year, but quite honestly I think for both distribution, retail keeping up, and quality control they were running smoothly when they were doing 6-7 waves a year. I'm actually hoping we get back down to that in 2021.

Edit: @Firmpulse - never underestimate Hasbro's willingness to take on a repaint with minimal resculpt! I agree with Dr Kain, if we do just get one wave of AoA, the BAF will almost certainly be Apocalypse.

I am hoping for Sugarman.

Be still, my beating heart, but I would love a Sugarman for the BAF. Also wouldn't mind a redux of Holocaust/Nemesis.

I kinda hope that the AoA wave gives us more "new" than "retreads", as while I love the entire AoA series and the character designs therein, I'd rather see more new characters than "AoA versions" of characters we've already gotten. I worry that X-Man and Morph are going to be the only "new" characters.

(I would count Dark Beast as a 'new' character, only in that he exists concurrently with standard Beast as a different character)

Oh yeah. They are way different. I would just be surprised if they released 2 bafs of the same character (that isn't Wolverine, mind you) so quickly. Sugarman would be cool. He's so wild and unique I would HAVE to buy him.

I really want a new Longshot, Spiral and Mojo baf (but that's neither here nor there for the subject or this discussion.)

EDIT: @Captain Nash: Oh I don't doubt their willingness. Maybe they will.

if we can get an Abyss and Dark Beast out of it I will be thrilled.
Retreads, Magneto and Sabretooth are pretty likely we'll get, but aside from Sabretooth the only ones I'd want most are Cyclops and -to the surprise of no one - Storm. and maybe Jean. Okay..that's a lot of retreads.

As far as new characters - Sugar Man, Dark Beast, Abyss, Morph and X-Man...who else would there be that you'd want? You know I'm not being snippy, genuinely curious.

Yeah, that's the problem - a lot of the well-known, likely-on-the-toy-list characters would be retreads. They already made Blink (though I wouldn't be opposed to a second version with her AoA-accurate hair and hooded cloak), and even with my want for a new one, the old Holocaust still looks good. So, yeah, you kinda listed all the "originals". Mmmmmaybe Kirika Yashida, since her origins and design are notably different from X-23, to the point of really just being similar (again, like Dark Beast). I mean, sure, she's not from the original AoA line, but she's a pretty noteworthy later addition.

Since there will be retreads, I agree that Magneto and Sabretooth are most likely (please let Creed come with a smaller Wild Child figure!). Wouldn't mind an AoA Rogue or Jean, or Colossus for that matter. Kurt would be nice, too (hell, they could release him in his X-Force design from his reality-hopped run).

Oooh yeah I forgot about that 10 year? 15 year? anniversary mini they did. Kirika would be neat, not opposed to that. Oh...they just should just do 3 waves and a bunch of 2 packs and give us everyone.
