But only after we get a Donald Pierce & a Lady Deathstrike to order them around. Man, I forgot how ballsy that issue was. It really wiped out a lot of fairly prominent eighties secondary characters.

Those are separate floating pieces, and as a customizer who has used them, they are absolutely a stop gap measure. I would much rather see and work with officially released sculpted parts for those characters, the biggest point of contention for Wolfsbane, Feral and Tigra are suitable feet, the monster/symbiote feet work in a pinch but realistically they're far too big for most of the female figures. Sadly from the sounds of it we're a ways off from seeing official releases for X-Factor Wolfsbane and Feral, and even Tigra

With 90s X-Factor Wolfsbane, do you think they will put in two alternate heads (one being from the Walgreens Exclusive figure) and a her with her full wolf form? Because that's basically her mutant power, she can turn herself into a wolf and a werewolf.

You sold THAT Sentinel to buy a MCU Sentinel that has way less POA & looks nothing like a true DOFP Omega class Sentinel??? Sorry, but the TB Sentinel is still superior to any & all other Sentinels, including the Haslab one imo. I used to own 3 but about 10yrs ago, I regrettably sold off 2 at a bargain basement price of like $45 each & just kept 1. Of all the figures I've ever sold off, I regret big time selling off those 2 Sentinels. The TB Sentinel is just awesome & very menacing looking when posed with the 3/3/4 MCU fig or the 6' ML figs.

It's also possible they'd use the Moonstone body for Meteorite, since it's the same character, just her Thunderbolts alias. Having already used it for Scream, they could also use it for Agony. I could see them using it for Moon dragon, comic Sersi, Volcana though she might be a bit obscure, possibly Namorita I guess.

The SDCC exclusive reveals are the only things that have been mentioned by Hasbro, but I assume we'll get a bit more. |

There was a recently published interview with the ML team where Dwight expressed that “there is a Wolfsbane figure,” to which the interviewer explained that many want a full, X-Factor Wolfsbane. To this point, Dwight explained that they have been looking into a furry female body mold, but are uncertain about expending the money for tooling, as it has limited applications.

How does, no plans for Wolfsbane at this exact moment translate to wait on the Strong guy wave? Your logic is not like our Earth logic |

I’d say you can pick & choose which characters to pick up at full price. Sunspot & Warpath might be figures you’ll want to pick up at retail, and then you might be able to wait on the others. I’d say it mostly depends on how well this is stocked at Target & Walmart. If they don’t get this wave in in decent numbers, it might be a pain to find (like the Sauron wave was, at least in my experience). If they do, you can probably chance waiting on at least some of these (like Shiklah & the Deadpool variants).

Because the only reason I want Strong Guy is to complete X-Factor, but if Hasbro is not going to do Wolfsbane to complete X-Factor, I have no reason to get Strong Guy, especially at full price. The only figures I want from the wave are Black Tom, Warpath, and Sunspot, but I was going to buy the other 3 to get Strong Guy.

Sentinel was definitely a much stronger choice... people ordering multiples.
Really appreciate the extent to which the ML team communicates with the fans. If they’re reading this (as they did reiterate that they read the boards), I would like to thank them for the wonderful job ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Super Joe; 07-20-2020 at 01:20 AM.. |

Another potential future exclusive the ML Brand should consider, the Phoenix Sentinel (Amazon or Kohl's).

This is my predictions for non-SDCC:
Hellfire boxset. Logan and Laura Fox. Pyro. Thunderbird and full Storm. Fantomex and Psylocke. Walgreens West coast Avengers member (USAgent). Avengers Gameverse comic figures (3/4 classic costumes from Avengers/new Warriors) Spidey retro wave Firestar. Comic Eternals (Ikaris and Sersi would be my guest) A couple of House of X (professor X/ Marvel Girl/ Moira or Rasputin) Hawkeye rider. Just wonder if there will be for Canadian non-expo events, London non-events etc. |

BOOG_ACBA had an interview on Youtube with Hasbro recently and one of the designers said that they would like to do a furry female body that would fit Tigra and Wolfsbane along with a couple of others.

I used to have one that worked very well with the 4" MU line but was way too small for the 6" ML's. The Haslab Sentinel has the potential to be an amazing piece. Does that Toybiz Sentinel really have more POA then the Haslab Sentinel? Is there any part of you that is saying this because you aren't able to buy the Haslab Sentinel? I don't know if this is true for you but people tend to knock what they can't afford and cherish what they can or already have because they know the newer, more expensive product is out of reach.

They're not talking about the Haslab sentinel. They're talking about the Amazon/MU one, which is definitely under-articulated, but does look a whole lot better than the Toybiz one, in my opinion. That Toybiz one is super weird and skinny and its colouring doesn't resemble anything that has ever been in the comics.

I just watched that ACBA video, and I have a very different take-away about the Wolfsbane/Feral talk. I didn't at all take that to mean that they don't have those figures in the works. They were using very careful language, so as not to confirm or deny any upcoming figure that hasn't already been announced, but what they actually said was that the expense of developing a furred female body with limited reuse was why those figures had been pushed to the back of the line for the 90s X-Factor and X-Force rosters, etc. They can't just say "oh yeah, those are coming next year", so they told us what they could. That doesn't mean they haven't solved the problem or that they don't already have those figures in the pipeline. In fact, the way they were dancing around their words, I'd be amazed if we don't get at lease Wolfsbane or Feral before the end of 2021.

All seven figures in the wave have BaF pieces (which sucks). I don't know if I'd risk it, they know they have to do Feral to complete X-Force and once they tool the parts there's no reason not to reuse them, so Wolfsbane might not be happening in 2020/2021, she'll happen eventually. I feel it though there are at least 3 figures in the Strong Guy wave I'd have passed on if I could

I just saw there's a Fan First Tuesday tomorrow. Any leaks?
Also, I'll be updating my sale thread tomorrow with about 200 Marvel Legends figures. I'll post it around noon (EST). Just wanted to give a fair heads up. |
