It will be interesting to see how Hasbro does Invisible Woman and Human Torch for the retro line. I would go with two versions of each personally. The uniformed non-powered up versions in the wave with powered up versions being sold as Fan Channel exclusives. Id also love to see both of them made with interchangability in mind so that if you did buy both versions then you could mix and match arms, legs, and heads to create lots of different mid-transforming effects. Mystique (Fox), Omega Sentinal, and Moria definately prove they can do interchangable parts (like arms) if they want!

Storm and Thunderbird 2-pack is on clearance at Target for $24.99. My store had about 20. It's a Target sale, so prices may vary depending on your local store.

Maybe release a flamed on version of Johnny and an Invisible Sue as single cards, then release a two pack of regular Sue and non-flamed Johnny. Just an idea. I don't know if I'd double dip on that to be honest. I like your idea with the interchangeable parts!

Only retro versions of FF I'll buy are JB 80s versions & a properly scaled Thing figure.

I prefer the Negative Zone Costumes from the 90s Fantastic Four cartoon.

Finally found Peter B. Parker today to finish off my Stilt-Man wave...though I technically am still unfinished since I have two more Hand Ninjas on preorder waiting to be filled.

When I got this guy, I immediately tried hunting down one of the basic Spider-Verse Spider-Man figures since the headsculpt does mostly work on this figure and PBP fails to come with a properly masked head...but for some reason, those 5 POA figures have soared in price on the secondary market.

Thankfully, with a little bit of sticky tack, the head from that horrible six armed Spider-Man is a near perfect color match that works even better thanks to the unpainted but sculpted weblines on the mask.

On another note...I also had several problems with the joints on my figure, which terrified me since it's one of these new pinless bodies that Hasbro decided to "bless" us with. Thankfully I was able to eventually work everything unstuck, but I couldn't help but feel like I was seconds from snapping the figure in half thanks to QC issues that I normally could troubleshoot with an Allen wrench and some hot water. Pay especially close attention to the neck and knee joints with this guy. Otherwise, he's a bad ass figure...and officially my favorite of the wave.

Also...whoever mentioned dremeling out the heads of the Hand ninja so they sit lower...with as much tinkering as I do...I can't believe I never considered it. They look so much better with the head dropped a notch. Thanks!

I'm thinking we're most likely to see the blue and white suits in a retro wave. I really think they need to do a new flame-on Johnny either way because the Walgreens one wasn't right. While the Ben we have is technically larger than he was classically depicted I am highly skeptical that Hasbro is going to make a new mold just to satisfy anyone who's displeased with the difference.

^ I always wanted to get a second Walgreens Mr. Fantastic, so I could do the kitbash with his F4 uniform body, but with the Walgreen's Human Torch flame-on head and hands adorned with flame accessories. But I never even saw Mr. Fantastic at Walgreens... had to pay 25 for the only one I ever saw at a toy show and by the time I saw another one he was already selling for 40 bucks... so the Walgreens Human Torch is good enough for me I guess.

Just sold my sealed two pack for $150... but I would absolutely buy Dark Phoenix again and display her guilt-free. Such a beautiful figure.

Just picked up the wave myself yesterday... honestly, this is one of my favorite Spidey waves yet. I love the Hand Ninja, and for me, he's the least impressive of the wave. That really tells you something.

I'm hoping that they plan to do a couple more ITSV figures. Noir, Peni, Liv, and maybe Tombstone would be great, though any others (SP//Dr, Scorpion, Kingpin) feel like they would have to be Deluxe figures or BAFs to get them done.

A decent Peni is a must (especially in this animated style) Would LOVE Tombstone and Doc Ock as well

Tatooinesandworm has the listings for some box sets that’ll be for the 2021 premium promotion. It’s called Infinity.

Quote:
MVL LEGENDS INFINITY 6 IM1
UPC: 5010993842681
Product Number: F0218
Price: 69.99

MVL LEGENDS INFINITY 7 THR3
UPC: 5010993842667
Product Number: F0189
Price: 49.99

MVL LEGENDS INFINITY 10 AVN4
UPC: 5010993842353
Product Number: F0192
Price: 59.99
So there’ll be box sets for Iron Man (2008), Thor Ragnarok and Endgame.

Since this looks to be another 10 Years style promotion, betting money this is where Hasbro finally does Quicksilver and probably Thor from Endgame.

Also the Retro FF and X-Men Classics UPCs

Well, assuming these are legit, I'd guess IM1 will include Iron Monger given the $70 price.

With the old X-Men Classics Toy Biz figures, we got characters like Beast, Cyclops, Gambit, Magneto, Storm and Wolverine, so I'm curious if any of those characters make the cut. It'd be a great way to get a Jim Lee Cyclops and a blue furry Beast with the smiling head the gray Beast had. But I could see other characters not in the Classics wave popping up. After all, the Retro Spider-Man wave had figures that were from the Toy Biz animated series wave and others that they put on the Retro packaging because they thought they'd look good, like Gwen Stacy and the Ditko-glasses Peter Parker.

For the Retro Fantastic Four wave, I'd love to see Mr. Fantastic, a visible Invisible Woman, the Human Torch and the Thing in his trunks like the Retro Toy Biz box packaging has and an invisible Invisible Woman, Johnny Storm and disguise Thing in his hat and trenchcoat as Fan Channel/store/Hasbro Pulse exclusives. I'm also hoping we get a Retro Mole Man in the wave or as a Fan Channel release.

As for the Infinity series, I doubt we'll see MCU Quicksilver, since it looks like IM1 is Iron Man 1, THR3 is Thor: Ragnarok, and AVN4 is Avengers: Endgame. I'm sure we'll see the Endgame version of Thor fans have been wanting to see, though I could be wrong. We'll see.

Now I just want to know what they'll do for the next Spider-Man wave and if we can get more Retro Spider-Man figures (come on, classic Sandman and Doc Ock...).

Oops, forgot about the single releases. Sorry. I can't wait to see what Hasbro has planned for 2021 though. Maybe we can see an M.C.U. Shocker from Homecoming.

MCU Shocker is weirdly high on my wishlist. I'm just fond of Shocker and I liked Bokeem Woodbine's take.

It could be MK1 and Iron Monger since Stane acquired the MK1 and used it as the basis for his suit.

Guess I missed out on the rumor-mill today. Hopefully if those IM1 figures are true, it'll be newly sculpted figures and not re-releases of the original 2008 figures.

On the Target clearance news, I picked up the Squirrel Girl ultimate rider pack for $13 today.

Since Hasbro has been doing a decent job with some X-Force and X-Factor Marve Legends like Boom Boom and Black Tom Cassidy and Strong Man, do you think we might by any chance that Hasbro might be making these?

Exodus
Age of Apocalypse Abyss
that black woman Stevie that was Kitty Pryde and Storm's gal pal buddy?
Maggot?
Marrow
Savage Land Rogue? probably not but you never know

Big yes and hopes for Exodus, Marrow and AOA Abyss. Stevie Hunter, and the rest I'm indifferent about. I think we will see Exodus within the next few years though it may take 2-3 years. He's the only Quiet Council member not done in some form, he's a fairly prominent B-list X-villain and fits in well with the early to mid 90's focus they've been giving the line.

AOA is looking like it's going to get a second shot at some kind of release, wave or pack, I know he's not a "must" but Abyss would be in my top 5 AOA wants.

Marrow is fairly high up on the list for me, and she's from the 90's X-Men. On the other hand she's from the 90's but the later 90's and is not all that prominent. And if she did get made, what look? I'd prefer here OZT look with the short hair but before she got all beautified, but that's just me.

I’d actually say all of those have a decent-ish shot of getting made besides Stevie Hunter & Rogue. Exodus particularly seems quite likely. I’d buy the shit out of a Stevie Hunter, getting civilian characters (see retro Spider-Man wave) is the coolest part of current ML.
