Did you happen to grab any of the Wolverine figures at that price? I'd be interested if so!

I second Benn's answer.

We're deep discounting HoX already? I'd settle for the BBTS embargo being lifted so my preorder can be satisfied. Must sting being an online toy retailer with people waiting to pay full price, while brick and mortar is slashing prices on their timed-exclusives.

Yeah, it's my euphemism (in reverse) for the inordinate amount of time one must wait when one errs in the shell game of which online retailer will actually receive shipment and fulfill Legends orders in a timely fashion.

Retailers generally get the nod along with maybe one online-collector site - this time Dork (I guessed wrong again) - then the "suckers" after interest has waned and brick and mortar have restocked and maybe even discounted, apparently.

It may as well be an "embargo."

I know virtually the entire toys department is a loss leader, but they could at least try to make money on it first.

The really curious thing about finding these on clearance like this was that the Legends pegs in the aisle were nearly empty, except for an army of Jocastas, Peter Bs and Frogmen at regular price. Yet...here was at least four cases of HOX figures in the clearance section, with each figure having it's own peg.

Wolvie didn't come with a BAF piece...and since I was just trying to aquire a second Tri-Sentinel, I didn't bother to grab him again. Sorry...

No need to apologize. You brought up a valid point. I was just citing the other discussions as evidence.

We're all good! I missed all the other discussions. Glad to know that's where the code name came from.

Just to prevent anyone else from feeling stupid, some sites are running articles about a HasLab Galactus. But it you read the article, they say it's and April Fool's Joke. Ugh. I hate today.

yeah one thing I cant stand from videogame websites and action figure websites on April Fool's Day is that they always gotta be so funny with April Fools joke news.

I've also seen jokes revolving around Haslab H.I.S.S. Tanks and Cobra Island Wave 3. It's really not wise to play around with the emotions of Classified collectors, especially with jokes about Cobra Island...

Had I not looked at the date on my phone first thing in the morning and had they not chosen Mephisto, they might have gotten me to do a double take.

This however is not a prank: https://hasbropulse.com/products/mar...series-web-man

No interest personally (especially with the price hike), but a fun figure. More excited because it validates the other leaked Spider-Man retro figures.

Edit: just noticed Web-Man comes with wall-crawling hands, unlike retro Spidey.

Had they not decided to take the photo at a Walmart...they would have got me. Nobody is finding new figures at Walmart...(unless their in the clearance section...)

And...that's not funny. I want that wave to be true...

Also no surprise but Dan Yun confirmed no Marvel Monday next week because they're saving stuff for the livestream.

Yeah, that’s hard to argue with, especially considering the surprise/ bonus reveal today.
