Hmmmm...I know we were just talking about Cyber over the weekend, but that's really not what I was expecting the end product to look like. I get that there's not much to him, but even the emotive face feels a bit tepid and phoned-in. Could they not have added the stubble at least to help drive the look? That's without mentioning the fact that I was hoping for those AoA Colossus arms. I'm not so sure any of these latest reveals are going to age well.

A couple of years ago I was chided for warning off fellow collectors from acquiescing to essentially paying full price for what amount to 'new heads'. Unfortunately, that sentiment is welling up inside stronger than it had before.

The lack of new parts and overall cheap feel of all of these figures leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Usually you’d see one or two figures like this in a wave to balance out someone all-new with extensive tooling, but this wave (?) doesn’t seem to have that.

It is also circulating on some of the other forums that Dan Yun has said that Cyber is the last of these reveals. Curious that we still don’t know how these are being released.

The Bring on the Bad Guys wave is starting to hit. I picked up Arcade and The Hood at a Target yesterday. A friend of mine said he found Lady Deathstrike too.

Cyber looks like he was specifically designed to be a filler character for a future toy wave. I don't think there has ever been a wave in which I liked more than 4 characters from a wave... and usually I only like 3 or less characters from a wave.

Cyber's neat and 2019 me, heck even 2020 me maybe, would've definitely been interested. As it is, just Callisto and Wyngarde for me....out of...whatever this will be. Really hoping retro wave, or a BAF I can pass on....hopefully not a box set, especially SDCC. If it is, I'll probably have to just cut my loses and be content with not getting, or try and at least get Callisto through ebay scalpers.
