I want to like the new 97’ Apocalypse…But the colors of shades of purple/blue seem off and makes him look no so menacing too me…
1. Medusa looks great, even with hair issues… 2. Executioner is good… 3. Black Bolt 4. Triton 5. Enchantress 6. Cardiac 7. Gorgon 8. Spiderman 2099 All seem to look pretty appealing too me, especially Gorgon!

Make sure you check the queue near the registers. That's where I found this lot.
Mine are generally the same. Went off on a Ross hunt to about six different stores after seeing all of the recent Ross Con posts on socials. Only the store pictured above had anything of true interest. |

Finally opened up my three figures I got the other day.
Scorpion - You know, I actually like this one so much more than the comic based one. Like I love the metallic shine to the comic version, but the light green with the dark green in areas really pops. Plus, I actually like the mask better with the flesh around his mouth. My only gripe is left leg doesn't appear to have been assembled fully as there is a gap in the back of the thigh swivel. I'm trying to figure out if there is an easy fix for that or if I should have Amazon send me a replacement. Kraven - I don't find him to be the better version as I do with Scorpion, as I really think they should have done a much more accurate headsculpt to the animation, but for the most part, he does seem to be a solid figure. It would have been nice if they had given him some alternate fisted hands because this Kraven didn't really use weapons. In fact, I don't recall him ever using a spear in the show. I'm not sure if there are other hands that would work with him as the body is kind of unique. Outback Storm - She looks clean as hell. The lighter shade of black they used is fantastic and the cape isn't too bad despite being that same cheap cloth they used before. The joints are nice and tight while being smooth to pose. I don't know why they once again gave her blue lightning effects, but it would have been nice to have seen something else instead like maybe a hand with a mini tornado or water spout. Nevertheless, despite having the wrong hair style, I like this figure a lot. I just hope it doesn't take them much longer to complete the Outback team with its remaining members.

Anyone that's wanted the MTG crossover figures, if you don't have a use for the cards, the market price on most of the cards is around $40, so you'd break even-ish

Yeah the pricing is based on TCGPlayer and most of my local shops use them as a pricing guide. The only one that's less valuable is Man-Wolf, I think because he's a re-skin of a less useful card, where the other 3 are new cards from the Spidey set

Not into the “Magic” line myself, but I had to grab that Spidey for several reasons…
1. To me, the battle damage look works for me! Nice for dioramas where Spidey is getting his ass handed to him, by the baddies.. 2. Love that costume! So glad the costume looks classic looking to me, close to “Ultimate” or “McFarlane” Spidey…This costume can be in many universes , like 616 and others.. 3. Love the colors, especially the shades of red…Different shades of red, the ugly and nasty, and not all the baddies he makes “bleed” have the same color blood when it spatters on his costume… 4. The mold I love…Mostly new it looks like, the scratches and cuts and dirt marks are all welcomed, and alternative head with hair sticking out is awesome…. Note: Another reason to get the figure seems to be the card that is included with it…Saving money is always good, and earning money is sometimes better…

Why can Hasbro make that Spider-Woman & not Bride Of Venom?

Probably because they don’t think bride of Venom is going to be a big seller, so we have to wait til they decide who put in 2 pack with her

Hey fellow Arkers, check out Amazon for Marvel Legends deals…They have been getting better as of late at lowering prices…So stoked I got Spiderboy for the low! Love the figure, know nothing about him, but now will start too!

Nice, I'm currently on the lookout for that Dr. Strange/Wong 2-pack at Ross. Also, really want to find the Rogue/Destiny & Psylocke/Wolverine sets. I've only found the Zemo/Zola & Lilandra/Broodverine sets, so far. |
