Note: I like that on some of the “reissues” they went totally pinless, makes the figures look so much cleaner in smoother in presentation.

I got my Medusa and Gorgon pack yesterday but I'm waiting for the Black Bolt and Triton set to come in before I open it. Looking at it again though just irritates me that they didn't just do this for Amora and Skurge too, instead they made him the BAF of one of the most hodgepodge waves in the line.

Also, be careful with Medusa. On my copy, the top knee join ripped in two the second I moved it. She'll stand, but I can only move the bottom join, which I'm resistant to do because I don't want her entire leg to fall apart. Medusa also has swappable face plates. On my copy, you really have to push the faceplate hard into the socket in order to get it to stay. Might just be a QC thing for me, but I wanted to let it be known. |

Always wondered if the Iceman figure is the same mold as the Silver Surfer figure, just translucent!

I haven't opened Iceman up yet, but it does look to be the Sunfire body.

Careful opening him up, I've a lot of posts on FB about him breaking. Make sure you hit him with the blow dryer or give him a dunk in warm water before any posing

If he breaks upon opening he is being shipped right back to Amazon for a full refund.

Interesting, I had no problem with mine. Here's hoping everyone has luck on their side with him.

I found the animated series Mysterio at Walmart today. The product page on Walmart.com didn't show any in stock at that particular store, or any of the surrounding stores. But I found 3-4 Mysterios on the pegs. I found him at a Walmart with the center aisle display for the GamerVerse figures, among other figure lines.

I opened Iceman and uh... I'm not feeling him right now. First off, yeah, the complete translucent plastic looks pretty bad in person. ALso, I have no idea how the ice slide is supposed to work with the thingies he is shooting downward. They don't even attach all that well. I just can't seem to get him into any position that looks natural with those things. Right now, the best thing about him is the snowball. I'm really tempted to just send him back to Amazon for a refund. The previous version they did is so much cooler and even that one was kind of meh.

The X-Men97 2 packs of Storm Wolverine Cyclops and Jean and Rogue and Gambit are no longer Hasbro pulse exclusive. They are on EE and BBTS

I went to a few Walmarts today looking for Mysterio. No dice. One had the 77 Spider-Man in the regular toy isle with the Mini Comic wave and X97 figures, another had him in the movie section with the NECA and Super7 stuff. Another had absolutely nothing Legends related at all.

My Punisher & Fury two-pack came in the mail, and I must admire how seamlessly the Capcom Gamerverse figures blend with the standard comic figures. Honestly, I'm considering selling these old ones to make some space.

![]() Got Kl'rt at the beginning of the month, just now posting. This was the last BAF repack on my wishlist. It would have been appreciated if he had included a force field piece too but this figure is based on the '90s trading card and on that he was only depicted using the guys' powers. I do prefer the green and purple colors on this figure over the BAF and it amuses me that what we can call this release the "hot pants Super-Skrull."

Love your displays, pure action, love what you did with Wolverine especially!
Note: Choosing which is better between those two Magneto figures is tough imo, be happy with having either one!

Mystique came in today:
![]() Now I'm just waiting for Mysterio to ship. Quote:
While I do like the 97 Magneto, the cape is the biggest selling point for me on the Mafex version. I can finally have him in poses I've been wanting to do for what feels like forever. Of course, the effects he comes with also help enhance everything as the Hasbro ones don't really go on his hands very well.
