Invisible Woman figure? There hasn't been a figure of the Fantastic Four in like five years at this point. Is the licensing freeze over, then? Did Fox quietly sell the film rights back to Marvel?

Surprised that they didn't do a Wolverine 12 inch figure as well.

I was just looking at the new 12 inch Deadpool figure. Comes with headpool. I think they will do the Wolverine in that size eventually.
I like Groot, it looks better than I thought it would. I would pick it up.

No , in fact they were never frozen , they had the rights to both, the x-wave was released when fox still had the rights to x-men, so hasbro being slow. Though the MCU films have been more successful, rather than a fantastic 4 film.

There was definitely a Fantastic Four licensing freeze. Since mid-2014, there's been nothing, except some stuff that was announced earlier.

I'm SOOOOOO pissed off & disappointed that the Sue Storm figure is an exclusive. There's no Wallgreens store in my country, I will have to pay scalper's price on Ebay to get her....

Yep, the shipping alone for a ML or SW BS6" is $20 at best. Add to this the custom/taxes & your ML figure is now a $50/55 toy!!

If there's no other way for you to get them, Hasbro needs to fix that. People like you to find some way of pestering them about that till they change it.

That Groot looks like a good option for those who can't afford to complete BAFs...Or who just missed out last time.

This Groot just proves my point that some BAFs can be sold as individual figures. I might get it, I never finished building movie Groot.

Black Panther is a Wal-Mart figure? Pretty much guarantees I'll never see him until around Christmas. I was lucky enough to find Bucky and Falcon last year, and they aren't nearly as popular as BP.

Invisible Woman will be nice since I work at Walgreen's and will know when she comes in

BAFs as a regularity is not something that needs to happen. I mean, sure, I'm not gonna demand figures like Giant Man, Sandman, or Dormamu be pushed out in a standard box, but I don't see why we always needs BAFs in a wave.

It's mostly just an exploitive gimmick nowadays.

I've re-typed at least a dozen drafts of this post, lol, just trying to articulate how excited I am about this Invisible Woman figure !
After the F4 drought we've experienced lately, this is a really, really big deal

Hasbro has retained the toy rights to all marvel characters. Comic characters retain no movie royalties/image costs. The toys don't sell that well has been the issue, so it's been induced drought for when they do make them so they will sell. Even this one is an exclusive because the broader market still doesn't seem to support fantastic 4. Which is a shame really. Those original movies were MCU before Marvel made MCU. We will likely get the team updated though eventually.

The rights won't revert for a few more years, but Fox may play nice with Marvel to let them have shared rights like Sony did with Spider-man. Depends on what the plans are and if the next Fan4 iteration will be interconnected to X-Men for Fox to do a combined movie later.

That Groot is definitely a bought on sight! I like the comic pack one too, but having a massive one seems fun too!

If you have Toys R Us in France they should have it, the TRUs in Australia get the TRU exclusives.

The X-men/Jubilee wave wasn't distributed in France, the most recent Marvel Legends wave I've seen at TRU around here was the Red Onslaught...
