Wolverine is currently dead, we do still get figures of him. Besides they can't quit on him till avengers costume. I've skipped all the others. xD

Sort of dead, the new Wolvie book came out and Wolvie is in Hell while a demon controls his body on Earth. So, yeah, by the end of issue 4 he should be back.

What I don't understand is that every character in Marvel, when they die, goes to Hell. No Heaven. Now I don't actually believe in either but it seems really morbid that you get the shit end of the stick when you die in Marvel.

I've seen Bucky (even though he is now alive), Gwen Stacy, Captain Marvel, Mockingbird (also alive now), etc. in Hell. I wonder if Uncle Ben is down there too.

I'm also VERY interested in getting a Silver Samurai. Depending on what comic issue it comes with, it could be (as Snowflakian said) a New Avengers wolverine, which would be very nice. I also wouldn't mind getting a brown/orange costume using the original appearance body done in proper colors. I really like the first comic pack version's colors, but he's just too big for Wolverine. The XMO version was good size-wise but the colors were off.

lol
For brown costume Wolverine, I'd rather have that heavily retooled Wolverine from the NYCC Sentinel display repainted sans shoulder pads. That one looks good.

I think the comic pack will be from the recent years, New Avengers, Wolverine Origins, et al...it is an extremely easy set to do, all Hasbro needs to do is repaint the X-Force 3 pack Wolverine and maybe swap the head(because the modern costume was shown with short ears initially).

Well, it really depends with marvel.

Some go to valhalla(captain america, thor, etc), some go to hell (mockingbird cause of her past, among others), some go to heaven (uncle ben, though peter's parents are probably in hell or valhalla, being spies and all.

Gwen is complicated, but yeah probably would be in hell based on her past actions. Captain Marvel no clue though, I know nothing about his character history.

Everything in Marvel is centered around the characters own actions for where they go.

Honorable warriors - Valhalla
Goodie goodie - Heaven
Killed, lied or hurt others - Hell
Everything else limbo. Including being kidnapped to it.

The scale in the marvel universe is probably still more robust with all the different mixed mythologies, but that's just a basic interpretation.

Prays to god that Deadpool will be a new mold... but since I don't currently have any Deadpool and no discount stores near here that sells old XMO figs... I will take any 3.75" regular version Deadpool at this point. LOL.

That MU Wolvie that was in the Sentinel's grasp in the display was awesome... must have been a custom version of the Target one.

That's the thing, the Target one would look weird with XMO arms, because the body would be too big, and the arms small. It looked like an XMO figure retooled with Marvel Universe legs, to scale with the body. It's a step in the preferred direction, now let's hope Hasbro incorporates thigh swivels on that figure.

I'm not saying it is 100% legit, but that guy has been good with Wal-mart database reveals in the past, and the 2-pack items he was marking-down were going from $12.88 (the MU comic price) to $9.00. The SHS 2-pks I've never seen for more than $8.00 at full price. Just saying there's a chance.

Classic Captain Britian in one and the same to the current Braddock CB MU have out. The earlier slimmer CB was only blessed with the neck amulate he wears, later he became fully embodied with SuperPowers and of course size and stature.

Would like to see a MU Classic CB as well as the new Blue costume unmasked Braddock.

The packs listed in the Walmart computers had different product numbers and had the price of the comic packs.

Actually...I think SHS is a semi-preview of future rosters in the Marvel Universe line. In a way, it lets us know(albeit somewhat indirectly), which costumes might be on Hasbro's mind and who they think has appeal for the audience(s).

I really hope that's the costume they use then for the wolverine silver samurai pack. It's getting annoying having no wolverine in my collection!
(My x-force figures have their own shelf.)
