I believe I saw a Green Lantern (Hal) preview a little while ago, too.

I'm a bit relieved they are going with New 52 versions. It makes them an easy pass for me.

The Dark Knight statue looks promising. I'd be interested to see a cleaned-up (pre-scuffle) version.

These do look amazing, but they're going to be a lot more than the NECA figures, which really for me I think is the only deciding factor on which set to get.

These are going to be $800 each easily. So yeah, NECA for me all the way.

Very cool, but definitely overpriced. Kinda sad that any TMNT items that collectors want are big money. You either get Playmates Toys junk or super expensive statues. I am surprised that they still are pushing this price point when NECA has 18" versions that are nearly 1/8 the price of these. Just think, buying 1 of these statues is compared to buying nearly all 4 NECA versions x2 each!

well to be fair.. these statues are FAR more detailed.

you have the playmates 4" figures, the playmates 6" figures, the figuarts 1/12 figures, the mondo 1/6 figures, the threezero 1/6 figures, the neca 1/4 figures, and these statues. and i believe neca has also said they're exploring other size classes and what not.

and there's also the first gokin krang, and upcoming first gokin shredder.

personally, i'm excited for the figuarts turtles, i really hope they do more than just the four turtles. also, i hope threezero gets an out of the shadows license.. i wouldn't mind picking up an out of the shadows 1/6th leonardo.
