Don't follow Star Wars too much, so this may be a dumb question. Are these the first prequel trilogy figures in the "vintage" packaging? Either way, not sure I dig that.

Yes they are. And I felt the same way at first, but it's starting to grow on me.

The figures look fine, the Grievous especially. Just, I dunno, weird seeing Revenge of the Sith figures in vintage style packaging.

Wow, the ROTJ Luke actually looks really good. I've been waiting for a ROTJ Luke that didn't look like a midget for a long time.. Looks like I'm finally getting one.

Why Yoda look so pissed? And shouldn't Anakin actually be Darth Vader? Is there anything else I can nitpick about?

I really want that ROTJ Luke.
Anyone else here think that the 2010 Boba Fett is the best Fett figure so far?
I can't help but think Hasbro (or in this case ''Kenner'') really have outdone themselves.

Very impressed with Hasbro on all the figures. Even the Gamorrean Guard looks cool. I still need to pick up a Darth Vader (OT) and I really want Jedi Luke and Boba. I wouldn't mind picking up more as they all look fantastic, but I've been down that road before and have no plans to go back.

When 900 years old you reach, feel as good you will not. Hmm?

Technically, yes, considering the card art.

That these aren't all in stores right now?

These are not in the "Vintage" style packaging.

This link has some examples of vintage packaging (at the top of the page): What's Next For Star Wars?

Vintage is squarely aimed at collectors.

The blue packaging is the standard line for figures in both Clone Wars (animated tv series style) and Legacy (live action style) figures. The blue packs all come with the Galactic Battle Game cards and dice. Most figures also come with weapon packs and are geared towards kids.
